Michelin has immediate openings for an National Account Fleet (NAFA) Customer Account Specialist (CAS) who will be responsible for enhancing customer excellence in the Order to Cash (O2C) department. This role involves streamlining processes and addressing inefficiencies across teams.

What will you do
- Develop and maintain procedures and documentation to drive critical business results.
- Streamline processes to enhance operational excellence across teams
- Manage NAFA orders and deliveries according to the sales policies defined by customer accounts.
- Collaboration with team members and resolving business partner issues.
- Act as a liaison to promptly resolve issues with key business partners.
- Identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions for implementation.
- Generate and send customer invoices (manual or systemgenerated).
- Monitor aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
- Send reminders, pastdue notices, and statements to customers.
- Contact customers (email/phone) to resolve unpaid invoices.
- Escalate chronic overdue accounts when necessary.
What will you bring
- A 2-4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-5 years of experience using Salesforce and SAP.
- Previous experience in customer service, accounts receivable, supply chain, or logistics is a plus.
- Experience in process improvement and operational excellence is preferred.

Job description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Sales Representative to help grow our customer base within the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven ability to generate new business.
Territory: Myrtle Beach/Charleston
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the HVAC sector, targeting both new and existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotes tailored to meet customer needs and specifications.
- Follow up on leads, respond promptly to inquiries, and convert opportunities into sales.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including general contractors, property managers, and commercial/industrial customers.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing product and technical information as needed.
- Resolve customer concerns related to HVAC installations, maintenance, and services in coordination with internal teams.
Sales Performance & Reporting
- Track and report individual sales activities, including revenue generation, client acquisition, and pipeline updates.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts and reports for review by senior leadership.
Product Knowledge & Market Expertise
- Stay current with the latest HVAC products, technologies, and industry developments.
- Maintain a strong technical understanding of HVAC systems to effectively communicate benefits and solutions to customers.
Collaboration
- Work closely with operations and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution from sale to delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns and outreach efforts
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales or related technical sales roles.
- Proven experience in selling commercial HVAC systems, services, or solutions to contractors and end-users (or similar industry).
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage sales activities and customer interactions.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, service, and maintenance offerings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.

Role Summary
As the Outside Sales Representative, you are a contracted sales and training representative to Eminence Organic Skin Care yet maintain your own business entity. Your focus will be on both opening new accounts while continually building business within existing accounts. You will work closely with the Inside Sales Representative (located at Eminence’s Central Office) to receive and process complex Customer orders, inquiries and/or complaints covering items or products ordered. You will use your expert knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual Customers to provide training on a quarterly basis to both new and existing customers. You will use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to record Customer communications. You will report directly to The Outside Sales Manager who is located at Eminence’s Central Office.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training to each Customer at their spa location on a quarterly basis (between 1.5 – 3 hours every 3 months)
- Provide Monthly Support Visits to Customers that achieve a specific revenue threshold
- Provide monthly training to all New Customers (for the first 3 months) upon opening
- Assist Customers with menu descriptions and protocols
- Meet annually with each Customer to set goals for the upcoming year and provide the necessary support and guidance to assist Customers with achieving those goals
- Participate in all sales activities necessary to achieve the sales targets for each Fiscal Year (Fiscal Year runs 1-Oct to 30-Sep of each calendar year)
- Support Customers in placing their orders, including providing guidance on how to use Eminence’s B2B online ordering tool
- Assist Customers with utilizing available support within the Eminence Loyalty Program to grow their business
- Assist Customers with event planning, merchandising, staff contests, promotions, and advertising (including social media)
- Drive the completion of Eminence’s annual Customer Satisfaction Survey within assigned territory by explaining the benefits of the Survey to Customers
- Set targets for new business and prospect the territory accordingly to achieve those targets
- Document all sales activities and communications for assigned accounts in the CRM, utilizing tools like Eminence Maps and Klipfolio to evaluate polygon performance.
- Proactively prospect new business in assigned territory and maintain an active Lead Pipeline
- Represent Eminence at tradeshows as necessary, including following up with Leads generated at the tradeshow and, when necessary, organizing local staff to attend
Qualifications
- Esthetics License/Certification – required
- Ability to travel overnight within the territory & ability to travel outside of territory as necessary - required
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle for assigned territory – required
- Esthetics experience – minimum 2 years
- Sales experience – minimum 3 years
- Customer Service experience – minimum 2 years
- Training facilitation and/or presentation experience – minimum 1 year
- Valid passport
- Esthetics experience using Eminence products - preferred
- Experience managing a territory as a Sales Representative - preferred
- Proven track record in achieving sales quotas with a strong drive to close deals and prospect new business
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, Data Entry, and Outlook; experience with Salesforce systems is advantageous.

Compensation Summary
The first year’s earnings potential ranges from $53,000 - $90,000, varying based on performance. Our compensation package slightly varies by agency but offers uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year-over-year. Renewal commissions provide passive earnings and can exponentially increase your annualized income. Additionally, top performers can qualify for an annual President’s Club trip.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop new business in office coffee, bars, and restaurants through cold-calling, cold walk-ins, warm leads, existing relationships, etc.
