The Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring customer retention and profitability of the sales department by working with Sales Consultants through the customer experience and then working with the customer to finish the sale by selling and procuring finance options.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, aftermarket products and other options
- Finding competitive rates to encourage customers to purchase vehicles
- Processing applications for vehicle financing and helping customers get approved
- Verifying that all paperwork is completed correctly and filed properly
- Maintaining strong relationships with lending institutions to have lots of program options and competitive rates
- Seeking out new programs that benefit customers and encourage them to buy
- Ensuring compliance by following all local, state and federal regulations
- Training the sales team on available financing and programs to ensure they promote them to customers

Qualifications
- Strong mathematical and finance skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex programs to buyers
- Knowledge of sales and financial compliance requirements
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to help customers find a good deal that fits their financial situation
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Strong sales and closing skills to boost sales for the dealership
- Automobile industry experience and knowledge
- Leadership or training skills to educate the sales staff on the available programs

Duties and Responsibilities
The individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related activities which may occur inside or outside the restaurant:
- Complete all training requirements including:
- Zaxbys Front of House Development Plan
- Hands-on stations training
- Any additional training required by Zax LLC
- Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests
- Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave
- Maintain awareness of current promotions
- Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items
- Enthusiastically represent the Zaxbys brand
- Accurately complete orders and guest transactions
- Enter guest orders accurately into the point of sale system
- Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts
- Handle cash payments, count and verify tills, and record totals appropriately
- Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment
- Clean and maintain guest areas including dining room, counters, bathrooms, and building exterior
- Maintain equipment and inform management of maintenance needs
- Stock paper goods, condiments, serveware, and beverages
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Prepare menu items according to company standards and in a safe and sanitary manner
- Prepare beverages, sauces, produce, and other items
- Ensure food and beverages are handled according to safety regulations and guidelines
- Accurately complete, package, and present guest orders
- Assist with kitchen and back of house tasks as assigned
- Other responsibilities
- Complete all tasks with a sense of urgency, in a timely manner
- Work safely and follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
The following requirements must be met in order to qualify for this position.
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week
