Workstation Hardware – With direction install, configure and maintain hardware for client workstations.
Client hardware includes workstation hardware such as processors, memory, hard drives, modems, video cards, monitors, peripherals, and CD-ROM drives.
Possess the skills and knowledge in client workstation technology to support configurations in the organization.
LAN Administration
- With supervision, stop and restart services, shutdown and restart operating system software on Windows NT, 2000 and Novell servers.
Network Administration
- With supervision Telnets to local LAN switches and Hubs, activates ports for workstations and printers.
Telecom – With supervision assists in the support and maintenance of the telecommunication systems – capable of providing dial-tone to the desktop.
Desktop Hardware and Software – With direction, install, configure and maintain hardware and software.
Communications
- Demonstrate strong communication and human relationship skills.
Inventory Management – Track and document the hardware and software inventory.
Standards – Install, configure and maintain standards associated with workstation and peripheral procedures and documentation.
Policies and Procedures – Follow established policies, procedures and standards defined by the department.

Assists the cardiology team in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations and other related procedures. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma is required. An associate’s degree in cardiovascular technology or completion of a program for radiology technology is required. Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) is preferred.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or ARRT by recognized credential body is required. For the Adult Cath Lab technologists - Current BLS and ACLS certification is required. RCIS is preferred. For the Pediatric Cath Lab technologists - Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certification is required. ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of hire. RCIS is preferred.

EDUCATION

REQUIREMENTS:
- Analytical, goal-oriented, and creative with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to excel in a matrixed environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, healthcare administration or related field required, Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of account management and customer relationship experience with segmented customers across multiple products required.
- 3+ years of people management experience required.
- Previous experience managing customers in a healthcare-related context preferred.
- Proven critical thinking skills with ability to identify and address root causes of recurring issues. Success in facilitating strong customer relationships and resolving issues to retain customers and increase loyalty.
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize while managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously in fast paced environment.
- Strong external presence to communicate with customers and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, online education programs, and accreditation standards strongly preferred, particularly in a medical setting.

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $102,816- $136,017. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to business consideration and geographical location, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. As a member of the Events Team, the Events Coordinator will assist with the planning and execution of the company's 300+ medical education events from conception to completion. The Events Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing, coordinating, and managing events within Texas and other assigned locations. A successful candidate will demonstrate excellent professional and interpersonal communication skills, strategic planning skills, and the ability to troubleshoot when things don't go according to plan. Our Event Coordinators \"run the show\", navigating each essential step in the event process alongside their team. Responsibilities:
- Manage the operational delivery of assigned in-person, virtual, and hybrid events to include pre-event planning, day-of event execution, and post-event communication.
- Oversee the entire event life cycle including site selection, contract negotiation, F&B planning, A/V coordination, onsite event execution, vendor management, budget and reconciliation, and creation of required event logistics documents.
- Under limited supervision, serve as primary onsite contact and coordinate setup and tear down of events.
- Greet all attendees in a professional and friendly manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Seek feedback from attendees, clients, and faculty to ensure a quality, educational experience.
- Create reports to analyze data of events to determine return on investment.
- Create and update department documents and presentations for each event.
- Work cross-functionally with department leaders and teams routinely to ensure they are informed of event project status.
- Participate in on-going training and development of company goals and direction to communicate with attendees.
- Responsible for maintaining company branded inventory for events and placing orders when needed.
- Travel about 60-70% annually for events and other company functions to assist in production of events and supervise vendor related logistics.

Purpose of the Job
The Project Manager supports the successful delivery of customer implementation projects from initial planning through go-live.
