Perform complex specialized tasks associated with the operation of CT scanners and related equipment in accordance with prescribed radiation safety procedures. Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist radiologist with imaging procedures starting IV's and injecting contrast if applicable.
- Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures.
- Evaluate CT scans for technical quality collate processed images in sequence of exposure and appropriately label. Film transmits to PACS.
- Charge procedures and supplies correctly.
- Assists in the administration and administers various chemical substances to render specific organs or systems more opaque. Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans.
- Reviews patient charts and requests with the radiologist to ensure the proper examination and diagnostic results are obtained.
- Quality controls all images maintains inventory and adheres to safety regulations. Participates in training of department personnel including students.
- Load and operate power injections for contrast media administration.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist with providing orientation and training to new CT technologists.
- Manage scheduling and patient flow on multiple interventional CT scanners.
- Assist with research and development with CT equipment manufacturer to develop new CT software and new technologies when asked.
- Participate in research initiatives and development of research protocols.
- Monitor charging of CT procedures and supplies daily to ensure correctness.
- Participates in inter or intra departmental performance improvement.
- Accepts patients and assesses their condition to determine proper handling and special requirements. Explains and prepares the patient for the exam requested.
- Relies on extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology to obtain the maximum diagnostic image corresponding to body parts.

Overview
Pyramid is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Software Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth for AIR-Quire and future Pyramid software products. This is a hunter role focused on proactive outreach, cold calling, lead generation, and securing qualified demos within federal civilian and DoD agencies as well as non-governmental entities.
This individual will identify target agencies, research key decision-makers, execute structured call campaigns, and generate qualified opportunities that convert into product demonstrations and revenue. The SDR will work closely with the CGO, Nexus technical team, and CFO to move prospects from initial contact through demo, pricing strategy, and contract award.
This is a new and highly visible role that will help establish Pyramid's product sales engine.
Responsibilities
Pipeline Development & Cold Outreach
- Conduct structured cold calling campaigns to federal agencies, system integrators, and contracting partners.
- Research and identify target agencies, buying offices, and key decision-makers (COs, PMs, CIO shops, acquisition leadership).
- Build prospect lists using GovWin, , FPDS, LinkedIn, agency forecasts, and other federal data sources.
- Execute outbound email, LinkedIn, and phone campaigns to secure discovery calls and product demos.
- Track outreach cadence and follow-up schedule to ensure persistent, professional engagement.
Sales Planning & Strategy Execution
- Develop and maintain a 30-60-90 day sales plan and call plan aligned to AIR-Quire growth targets.
- Maintain weekly activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings secured, and demos scheduled).
- Track pipeline status and conversion metrics in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Identify target contract vehicles and existing programs where AIR-Quire can be positioned.
- Coordinate with CGO to align outreach with broader capture and growth strategy.
Demo Coordination & Opportunity Advancement
- Qualify prospects before scheduling demos.
- Coordinate with the Nexus team to schedule and prepare technical demonstrations.
- Prepare briefing materials and background summaries for leadership before demos.
- Support follow-up after demos with structured next steps and documented action items.
- Partner with CFO and CGO on pricing strategy and proposal support once an opportunity matures.
Relationship Building
- Establish relationships with federal acquisition professionals and program offices.
- Position AIR-Quire as a mission-enabling AI solution aligned to federal modernization priorities.
- Identify pilot opportunities and land-and-expand pathways.
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in software sales, SaaS sales, or federal business development.
- Demonstrated comfort with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Highly organized with disciplined tracking and follow-up habits.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to confidently engage federal decision-makers.

Target Pay Range
The below listed pay range for this position is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The final offered salary will be influenced by a host of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Primary Duties:
Conducts patient interviews to identify contraindicated implants, foreign bodies, and other medical conditions on concern. Identifies and performs appropriate examinations based on patient history.
Verifies prescription and protocol. Uses appropriate imaging parameters. Injects contrast based on patient weight after verifying the patient’s renal function status. Verifies image quality prior to ending the examination.
Appropriately documents examination. Verifies the examinations is correct in both Cerner, PACS, PenRad and DynaCAD (when applicable). Assists in organizing and maintaining inventory of supplies. Ensures the work area is maintained at a high state of cleanliness.
Promptly prepares films and CDs upon request. Assists with protocol development and implementation. Assists with the training of new personnel and Radiology School students regarding procedures, imaging protocols and department policy.
Collects quality control data for managers, such as film usage, equipment problems, etc. Completes all required information system functions to assure proper patient information, billing, examination, and other necessary functions.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or one to three years, with formal training in an American Medical Association accredited school of Radiologic Technology/Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
Job-related experience or Successful completion of a formal MRI educational training program. This will be waived for MedStar Washington Hospital Center Radiology School students that have rotated to MRI.
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technology) MRI or ARMRIT (American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists) within 1 Year.

The Afterhours Care Manager RN (RN On Call - 7 days on/7 days off) is responsible for identifying and coordinating patient/family needs after hours (or during alternative scheduling) and for maintaining primary control and professional management of each patient assigned during working hours.
- Managing patient needs includes performing routine visits, admissions, death visits, on-call or after hours visits, and/or any visit or duty assigned in accordance with the patient’s plan of care.
- Assumes after hours coverage for the designated teams and functions as an interdisciplinary (IDG) team member to provide care and liaise between physician, patient/family and hospice team.
- Performs clinical administrative tasks including workflow completion and auditing, survey readiness tasks, and other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- A minimum of one (1) year experience as an RN, either in acute care hospital, oncology, long-term care, hospice or home health.
- In instances where state-specific requirements differ, state rules apply and supersede these requirements (see state-specific section)
Licenses, Certifications and/or Registration:
- Current license to practice nursing in the state of requested employment
- CPR Certification (in-person)
- Current automobile insurance, valid driver’s license, and daily access to a reliable, insured vehicle
Equipment/Tools/Work-Aids:
- Must be able to effectively operate nursing assessment tools, computers, facsimile equipment, copier and cell phone/beeper.
- Must have and maintain transportation to be used for work.
Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
- Demonstrates knowledge and compliance with accepted hospice principles and practice, including industry standards, regulations, and best practices (i.e., Medicare, Medicaid, JCAHO, ACHC), company policies/procedures, and understanding of terminally ill patients and their families
- Expertise in general nursing practice, including ability to make complete and accurate patient assessments
- Ability to apply knowledge of the unique needs of hospice patient and families from various socioeconomic backgrounds to provide appropriate advocacy and oversight
- Knowledge of roles of all disciplines providing hospice services, as well as familiarity with community resources
- Ability to be manage time effectively and shift priorities with little or no notice based on patient, associate, and/or business needs
- Strong collaboration skills including partnering with operations, business development, clinical, and other teams to improve processes and achieve quality outcomes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively and communicate with people of all backgrounds in a professional and clear manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all associate, patient, and company information to assure patient and/or associate rights are protected
- Technology proficiency to include mobile devices and software such as Microsoft Office suite and Electronic Medical Records systems (HomeCare HomeBase)
- Highly accountable, demonstrates effective leadership skills to supervise, teach, evaluate, and develop associates and drive quality patient outcomes
- Ability to provide program management and oversight, including documentation to ensure quality, compliance, and accuracy
- Maintains high standards of integrity and business ethics

Communicate effectively with people of all socioeconomic backgrounds. Responsible functioning in the work place, maturity, cooperation, flexibility, tact in dealing with co-workers and all members of the hospice team.
