Position Duties: Responsible for applying and removing masking materials on customer parts to ensure protection during various processes . The role involves preparing and setting up masking equipment/tools, performing masking tasks with precision and ensuring all masking operations meet quality and production standards. Additionally will rack, unrack, and pack parts as needed.


Example: Imagine there's a part smaller than a penny. You need to hold that part and place a small needle sized plug in a tiny hole on the side. There's 3000 of these parts. The work needs to be accurate, consistent, and done in a timely manner. You need good vision, steady hands, good hand/eye coordination, smaller hands generally handle these parts best, and attention to detail is a must. It's important to note that part sizes and quantities vary (small to large) based on what the customer sends us.

What You'll Do

  • Upholds company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for preparing raw material for masking to include, but not limited to, hand wiping and blowing out holes
  • Application/removal of masking materials such a silicon or rubber plugs, tape and chemical maskants (paint) per customer specifications
  • Counting parts to ensure compliance with customer Purchase Order and Production Work Order
  • Perform a variety of modification and assembly functions (touch-up, preparation, rework, or repair) on a variety of components, assemblies and devices based on customer product specifications
  • Get own parts and material from supplies or Masking Team Lead
  • Helps monitor inventory levels and the request to purchase supplies and materials to meet production requirements in a timely manner
  • Assists in the inspection of product and notifies the Team Lead/Supervisor of any nonconformance's
  • Records masking details and any necessary information on the work order as required
  • Packages parts to safely transport to production areas
  • Accurately complete the necessary forms and adheres to scheduling due dates
  • Works safely at all times and complies with all safety regulations while working with hazardous materials and chemicals
  • Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner
  • Works with a positive attitude and reports all questions or problems to the Masking Team Lead or Supervisor
  • Maintain a productive work environment through accuracy, attention to detail and making sure the job is carried per specification in a timely fashion to meet or exceed target rates

We are looking for an Associate Attorney for our St. Michael location. An experienced Attorney in our fast-paced Business Litigation Department, focusing on the defense of workers' compensation claims and other civil litigation matters. The successful candidate must have exceptional legal research, writing, and critical thinking ability; high academic achievement; excellent verbal and written advocacy at motion hearings and trial; and the capacity to organize, prioritize and multi-task. Prior experience litigating workers' compensation cases desired.

  • Represent employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in the defense of disputed workers' compensation claims in litigation before the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry and Court of Administrative Hearings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.

Typical assignments include:

  • Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.

Qualifications:

GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:

  • Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
  • Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
  • Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.

If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.

GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:

  • Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
  • Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
  • Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.

The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.

There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

Other Requirements:

Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.

Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (including protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.

Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Candidates must be referred for selection to the Border Patrol Agent position before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03. Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English. Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient with the Spanish language at the Academy.
