Job Description

This full-time position consists of inpatient consultative general neurology work at Mount Sinai Queens, part of the New York City-based Mount Sinai Health System. You will provide high quality care for patients with a broad range of basic and complex neurological diseases and neurological manifestations of systemic illness. Acute stroke and neurovascular diseases are not included in this role, as these are separately managed by our world-class Stroke Team. You will frequently collaborate with our superb neurological subspecialists (particularly in epilepsy and stroke). Finally, Mount Sinai Queens is a teaching site for the medical student core Neurology Clerkship, which is overseen by the on-service Neurology attending. Qualifications

  • Medical Degree from an Accredited University
  • New York Medical License/Active NYS DEA
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology

Compensation range from 240K to 320K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee company networks, systems, and security platforms (Meraki, Microsoft 365, Azure)
  • Manage help desk operations to deliver prompt, efficient support to all users
  • Work with internal stakeholders to assess technological needs and find ways to enhance efficiency and security
  • Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and security improvements
  • Implement and enforce IT security tools, policies, and best practices to protect systems and data
  • Manage technology vendors

Qualifications
