The Web Content Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of Creighton's internal online content. This position involves overseeing web content management platforms including Salesforce CMS and Gather Content by Bynder including workflow, publishing, and management processes. Under limited to moderate supervision, provides technical solutions to faculty, staff, and students for all aspects of classroom Academic Technologies, including but not limited to displays, complex audio and control systems, and lecture capture software. Significant focus on IP based network audio and visual (AVOIP) academic technology primarily comprised of Extron, QSC, and Dante environments. Ability to work independently as a subject matter expert with an emphasis on learning new skills through training and certifications.
All work and results are documented within a ticketing application. Learning Environments specialists are dispatched to provide hands-on support when a remote solution is not available. Must be able to work within an ITIL, metrics driven environment. All work is guided by the published ITIL Service Operations Framework. Each individual is expected to coordinate with our Service Desk and Mobile Action teams to deliver fully comprehensive support. Must be capable of remote, phone, and chat support, as well as on-site visits and working a service counter. All IT Support Specialists work in a 0-3 Tiered support environment. IT Support Specialists (ITSS) are expected to understand and follow consistent defined processes for all service interactions, while observing established standards. Under moderate supervision, the IT Support Specialist - Service Desk (ITSS-SD), provides technical solutions to faculty, staff, and students for all aspects of PC/Apple/Mobile device support and configuration within a wide variety of end user environments.
All tasks and outcomes are documented and communicated within a ticketing application. The ITSS-SD works within an ITIL, metrics driven service operation environment providing technical set-up, support, service, and creative solutions for technology users. The ITSS-SD functions as a member of the Central Action Center (Service Desk) call center, owning and sharing tasks as workload as volume dictates. Must be capable of remote support, phone and chat support, support via e-mail, multi-team collaboration, and other duties as assigned. GENERAL SUMMARY:
Assists physicians with examinations and procedures to serve the medical needs of patients with various health conditions in a professional, confidential, and caring manner. Coordinates the flow of patients, phone calls, lab work, and nurse visits to facilitate quality patient care and customer service goals. Provides professional nursing care as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the Nebraska Nurse Practice Act, any applicable licensure/certification requirement and organizational policies and procedures.
