The Allegheny Health Network (AHN) is seeking a visionary and experienced Dentist to provide excellent dental care and collaborate/support the General Practice Residency program at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Our general dentists provide comprehensive and integrated care to our patient population, while supporting our team and our residents in their educational journey. Strong communication and commitment to patient safety and educational excellence are essential. The General Dentist position will be required to participate in the strategy and growth of the division to expand services and collaborate with other divisions within AHN.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of clinical general dentistry experience
• DDS or DMD degree from a CODA Accredited Dental School

• Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment
• Exceptional organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills

The Outside Sales Rep (Valve & Hydrant Services) will be responsible for maximizing the financial performance of their territory by expanding the sales of Xylem’s Wachs Water Services capabilities for single and multi-year projects. In this role, the incumbent will drive differentiated customer experiences and utilize service knowledge to address customer’s water distribution and asset management needs . The role will combine market intelligence, data-driven insights and a deep understanding of customer needs to identify trends, “white space” opportunities, and develop areas of competitive advantage to drive revenue growth. • Maximize the financial performance of the region by expanding the service contracts of Xylem’s Wachs Water Services capabilities.

• Work in conjunction with Marketing to drive bid reporting services and lead management in addition to build company image to drive new opportunities and brand recognition within the territory.
• Collaborate with different groups to design and execute strategies that generate demand and drive growth through customer acquisition, retention, and win-back.
• Create synergy opportunities for cross-business selling based on Xylem solution set awareness.
• Regularly gathers and analyzes business, market and competitor information and supports the development of the strategic marketing plan.
• Prepare and assist with various sales reports. This includes sales audits, bids, proposals, quotes, workload analysis, sales forecasts, territory potentials, call programs and routes, call reports and expense reports. Also submit any special reports regarding the operation of the territory, acceptance of services, or competitive conditions as may be required.
• Attend, participate and demonstrate thought leadership in sales meetings, training programs, sales blitzes, committee activities, conventions and trade shows as directed. Participate in other worthwhile community activities as public relations asset to the company.
• Builds industry and customer alliances and participates in industry/trade organizations.
• Assist in the field training of any sales representative as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

At New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) deliver incredible care that is unseen anywhere else in the world. Our team of CRNAs at Weill Cornell provide patient-centered anesthesia for all types of surgical procedures, including cardiac, vascular, neurosurgery, pediatrics and obstetrics. Nurse Anesthetists administer general, regional and monitored anesthesia care for scheduled and emergency surgical, obstetric and diagnostic procedures.

In addition to providing excellent care, our CRNA’s also provide one-on-one anesthesia instruction for Columbia University and Fairfield University’s Nurse Anesthesia Program. In April of 2018, we opened the state-of-the-art David H. Koch Ambulatory Surgery Center that has become the focal point of ambulatory surgery at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. In 2020, we expanded the DHK Ambulatory Center to house the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Women’s Hospital. Our CRNA’s have a continued commitment to providing patients with the most integrated and innovative patient care and use their expertise and top technology to consistently achieve surgical success rates and the nation’s lowest mortality rate.

This is a full-time position located at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. We offer 8, 10, 13 and 24 hour shifts. There is a requirement to participate in a minimal amount of OB call.

Preferred Criteria

• At least 1 year of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

• Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP or DNAP)

Required Criteria

• Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

• Master's of Science in Nursing

• Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)

• BCLS Certification

• ACLS Certification
