Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting Cinari’s AI solutions, and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our technology and consulting teams to deliver tailored automation solutions to businesses.
This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in presenting technology solutions, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients across multiple industries
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads
- Schedule and lead client meetings and product demonstrations
- Present Cinari’s AI automation solutions to decision-makers
- Understand client business challenges and recommend tailored solutions
- Prepare proposals, pricing packages, and sales presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close new business deals
- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to confidently present technology or software solutions
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work full-time in our West Palm Beach office
Preferred Experience

The individual will also help maintain the integrity of the waiting area and assist with breaks when other Phlebotomists are unavailable. This individual will also be trained on Phlebotomy skills to grown within the company.
The ENTRY PSR I has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining what to expect to patients regarding the scheduled procedure for the patients in a safe and accurate manner. The ENTRY PSR I will demonstrate excellence in customer care while focusing on process skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy of patient information. Project Manager Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager will have a strong track record of completing projects specifically within the multifamily sector, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on-time, within budget, and constructed with superior quality and safety
- Reviews project proposals, drawings, and plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
- Develops and maintains relationships with clients, subcontractors and related vendors.
- Completes materials “take-offs”, establishes cost estimates, develops and tracks material procurement schedule
- Confers with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority; coordinates activities with project staff to ensure project progress within prescribed budget and provides technical advice to resolve problems
- Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
- Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and other associates while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations
- Oversee project financials
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Business preferred
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within Multifamily Construction
- Proven record of success on large and/or complex projects
- Proficient with relevant construction technology; Procore experience a plus
Salary: $155,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year

Interviews, trains and evaluates radiology/imaging staff.
Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Supervises, coordinates schedules, interviews, trains and evaluates staff.
Proficient operation of all imaging sequences, safety and emergency quench procedures.
Maintains equipment and utilizes protective devices to insure patient and employee safety.
Organizes work area and maintains supplies.
Assures correct patient information on requests, reports and PACS.

- Graduate of an accredited program for Radiologic Technologists Licenses, Certifications:
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Licensed Radiologic Technologists, State of Florida (HRS)
- Current CPR (BCLS) certification Experience:
- Two years' experience as a Radiologic Technologist with knowledge of neuro, muscular skeletal, breast and vascular imaging.
