This job handles pre-implant, post-implant, and/or inpatient mechanical circulatory support. Acts as a patient advocate and patient educator while promoting optimum patient independence, self-care, and rehabilitation. Senior Retail Operations Manager
The Senior Retail Operations Manager is the right hand to the Director of Retail Operations at Louis Armstrong International Airport. This role helps lead all day‑to‑day retail activity across the airport, ensuring stores run smoothly, teams are supported, and customers have an exceptional experience. You will help drive sales, strengthen operations, and maintain strong relationships with brands, vendors, and airport partners.
Pay Range - $77,000 - $93.400 + Bonus Opportunities
- Oversee the daily performance of all retail locations, ensuring stores meet operational, service, and compliance standards.
- Act as the primary decision‑maker when the Senior Director is unavailable.
- Ensure opening, closing, and operational procedures are followed consistently.
- Partner with the Director to set financial goals and monitor KPIs for revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Review store performance by category and brand and help execute plans that improve sales results.

- Understanding of visual merchandising, inventory management systems, and brand standards.

- Provide feedback to Store Manager and Leadership Team regarding merchandise handling concerns
- Communicate any policy violations and Teammate or Guest concerns to Store Manager, District Manager, and/or Human Resources in a timely, confidential manner

Supervisory and Leadership
- Support Store Manager by planning and leading the Team, daily reviewing with Teammates and participation in Team meetings
- Partner with Store Manager to ensure that all OnBoarding new hire paperwork is promptly and accurately completed
- Prepare to be a Store Manager by collaboratively supervising Teammates in their store location with supervision from store management. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, training, reviewing, delegating, scheduling, and leading Teammates
- Act as the Store Manager in their absence
- Ability to travel and cover other Stores within District based on business needs
- Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.

Education and/or Experience

The Spanish Bilingual Medical Assistant is an unlicensed medical professional cross-trained to perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the medical centers running smoothly. The duties of the Spanish Bilingual Medical Assistant vary from setting to setting, depending on the size, location and type. In addition to administrative duties, Spanish Bilingual Medical Assistants perform clinical duties under direct physician supervision in accordance with state medical practice acts. The Spanish Bilingual Medical Assistant is an integral member of a Physician-lead Care Team that is focused on providing excellent and comprehensive primary care for a specific population of patients.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Measures and records patient vital signs; records patient interview and medical history.
- Catalogs and communicates patient needs to the PCP, Clinician, Specialist and/or other clinical personnel.
- Prepares patients for examinations and performs routine screening tests; assists physician with exams; explains treatment procedures and physicians' instructions to patient.
- Observes patients and reports any changes in patient conditions to the PCP, Clinician, Specialist and/or other clinical personnel.
- Perform non-critical medical and therapeutic procedures based on medical instructions. Collects phlebotomy and other lab specimens; performs basic waived lab tests.
- Prepares and administers medications; changes dressings, applies bandages, removes sutures and other first aid procedures; uses CPR skills when necessary, all under physician supervision.
- Maintains supplies, equipment, stocks and sterilizes instruments; practices OSHA safety standards; performs accurate, legal, and ethical documentation at all times.
- Processes patient phone messages, returning calls and routing them to other team members as appropriate; calls patients to obtain and relay pertinent information for the physician.
- Upon physician approval and authorization, calls in prescriptions to the pharmacy. Uses communication skills with appropriate medical terminology; and follows appropriate legal and ethical professional conduct; authorized individuals will use the ChenMed Rx system to support physician medication dispensing.
- Provides health coaching to a defined group of patients to support healthy lifestyle choices. Follows up with coached patients via weekly calls.
- Performs other duties as assigned and modified at managers discretion.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:
High school diploma or equivalent education (GED) required
Graduation from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program OR comparable healthcare vocational training (i.e. foreign-trained physician, paramedic, etc.) required
A minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician or similar in a hospital, medical clinic or comparable environment OR documented clinical rotation training can be substituted for work experience
BLS for Healthcare Providers required
Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus
EMR system experience preferred
PAY RANGE:
$17.0 - $24.26 HourlyThe posted pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for this position. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for a bonuses or commissions.
