Position Summary


The Director of Construction is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all construction-related activities across the organization, including insurance-based residential and commercial reconstruction, capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, and the plumbing division. The Director of Construction leads and develops Construction Managers, Project Managers, and Estimators while establishing scalable systems, accountability, and performance standards. Key Responsibilities:


Executive & Operational Leadership

  • Provide strategic direction and executive oversight for all construction operations, including insurance reconstruction, CAPEX projects, and plumbing services
