Our Client is seeking Project Manager to support projects across multiple sectors within the organization. This role is responsible for managing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, with scope, complexity, and level of autonomy aligned to experience.
Project Managers partner closely with Superintendents, Estimating, Accounting, and leadership to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from pre-award planning through final closeout
- Lead project setup including contracts, purchasing, schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and cost controls
- Coordinate submittals, RFIs, procurement, change orders, and material delivery
- Review and approve invoices, pay applications, change order pricing, and project billings
- Partner with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with schedule, safety, and quality expectations
- Maintain strong working relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Lead job meetings and ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and solutions
- Track projected costs versus estimated costs and produce accurate cost and fee reports
- Support or lead design-build efforts when applicable, coordinating with architects and engineers
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers (as applicable)
- Ensure complete project closeout documentation, including warranties, punch lists, and turnover materials
- Maintain accurate project data in CMiC and ensure field teams have current project information
- Participate in project interviews, presentations, and pursuit efforts as needed
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience level flexible — candidates may be considered at the Project Manager I, II, or Senior level based on background
- Typically 4–10+ years of construction industry experience, with increasing responsibility in project management or estimating roles
- Experience across multiple project types or market sectors is a plus

Overview
The Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project documentation management. This role encompasses the control of plans and specifications, as well as the creation and upkeep of tracking logs for various project components such as submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and other relevant documentation. The Project Engineer diligently monitors changes to project scope to ensure both compliance and proper pricing. Additionally, they assist in processing field change orders and RFIs to facilitate effective management of project modifications. Active participation in meetings is essential; the Project Engineer attends, presents, and documents minutes at Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and weekly progress meetings with subcontractors. Assist the Project Manager coordinating the day-to-day management of the project including cost control, reporting, manage the RFI and submittal process, project closeout, and become fluent in Procore, ebuilder, OAKS or projected related software.

- Participate in RFQ/RFP responses as needed.
- Participate in project interviews as needed.
- Assist with finding and developing future job opportunities.
Computer Software Skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, at an intermediate skill level. Must be/become proficient in all aspects of Procore project management system.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, and legal/construction documents. Ability to prepare responses for the Project Manager to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and reports for the Project Manager that conform to prescribed style and format.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and to make recommendations to the Project Manager based on abstract and concrete variables.

Insert Job Description:
- Plan, direct, and schedule all field staff.
- Responsible for ensuring that projects are turned over as scheduled, thus enabling the company to achieve its production and profit objectives.
- Establish site-specific safety orientation for each project.
- Work with Project Management and Superintendents to resolve site-related issues.

- Work with HR and the construction manager on new hires and to resolve existing staff issues as needed.

Qualifications Required:
- 10+ years of solid hands-on experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor or with a developer on commercial projects.
- 5+ years of experience as a General Superintendent managing other superintendents .
- Degree in Construction Sciences or Engineering preferred but not required.
- Extensive knowledge of state and local Building Codes.
- OSHA 30 certified, 1st Aid/CPR Certificates, Lift Certified (trainer certified a plus).
- Knowledge of Project Management Software, MS Project, Procore, and MS Office.
- One has a valid driver's license and is willing to undergo an MVR check.
- I am willing to work outdoors, in all weather

Program Overview:
A. Duie Pyle's Leadership Development Program (LDP) is an accelerated training program designed to prepare and develop future leaders. Your career will begin at the closest Pyle terminal to your home. Here, you will learn about freight handling and our LTL, less-than-truckload, business. Over the course of the next six months, you will gain valuable hands on experience working various shifts on our dock and riding along in our trucks. You will learn how our operation works both during the day and at night. Additionally, you'll spend time in our corporate office engaging with and learning from our senior leadership.
Nearing the completion of the program, you'll receive your placement within our Pyle network and following successful completion you'll put your new acquired skills to work.

- Shadowing Pyle leaders to develop leadership skills through on-the-job experiences, project assignments and formal training
- Understanding "teamwork" – learning how all team members and roles impacts the operation

You safely operate your tractor-trailer, inspecting it before, during, and after each trip to keep it in top shape.
You will run optimized routes by following traffic laws and local restrictions—reducing delays and improving on-time delivery performance.

Minimum Qualifications
Interstate (Class A) Commercial Driver’s License with Hazmat endorsement (including cleared background check) or will obtain HAZMAT endorsement (with cleared background check) within 120 calendar days of date of hire.
Minimum of 30 months (2.5 years) experience working in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the previous 3 years (36 months).
No more than two (2) moving violations while operating a personal and/or commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
No serious traffic violations while operating a personal and/or commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
No preventable accidents* while operating a personal and/or commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
No preventable DOT recordable accidents* (collisions resulting in disabling damage and/or immediate medical treatment away from the scene) while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last ten (10) years.
No preventable accident* resulting in a fatality or catastrophic injury in driving history in personal or commercial motor vehicle.
Must currently live within 250 miles of the assigned facility or willing to establish a residence within 250 miles by 90 days from hire date.
*The preventability of any accidents will be determined by Walmart based on the ATA Guidelines.

Drivers are paid a fixed rate for each mile driven, with additional pay for certain activities. For some activities drivers receive the mileage rate plus activity pay. For other activities they receive only activity pay. Drivers also receive Average Daily Pay (ADP) in certain circumstances.
Local Driver: The mileage rate for this position will be $0.55 - $0.69 per mile and the average number of miles driven range from 62,355 - 196,040.*

Drivers receive both activity pay and the mileage rate for activities including Arrive/Arrive Drop, Bridge Pay, Chain, Evening Shift Premium, Hook, Live Load, Layover, Live unload, Regional Pay, Stop/Stop Drop, and Weekend mileage.
Drivers receive only activity pay for activities including Accident, Breakdown, Weather/Road Closure, Cleaning Rejected Trailer, Assigned tractor not available, Out of hours (70), Snow Removal assigned trailer, Undock Trailers, Trailer Weight issue, and Wait Time.
Drivers may be eligible to receive Average Day’s Pay (ADP) for circumstances such as to calculate paid time off (PTO), safety day, holiday, deferred holiday, bereavement, and jury duty. A driver will receive ADP when attending a Walmart event scheduled to last a full day (8 hours or more). Drivers will be paid a full ADP even if the driver performs no driving duties following the event. The full ADP is paid in addition to the pay earned for all activities, miles, and layover performed after the event.
