Akkodis is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor/Engineer for a Contract job with a client in West Point MS Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the Manufacturing industry.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $55/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for all customer correspondence relative to quality objectives, quality concerns and the development of strong customer relationships.
• Lead and develop teams to ensure effective problem resolution.
• The monitoring and measurement of business-related metrics specific to stated Leadership goals
• Track and report progress to closure and number of open issues (Metrics. i.e. days open, quantity open / closed)
• Responsible for generating and maintaining Quality Plans as required, including maintaining their Configuration Control in accordance with ISO and MIL requirements.
• Responsible for on-going customer interface for all Quality related matters relative to non-conforming product.
• Implementation and maintenance of QMS / ISO system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred, though extensive experience may meet the educational requirement.
• At least 8 years of Engineering and Quality Assurance experience.
• In-depth knowledge of core quality tools (MSA, PFMEA, Control Plans, LPAs, SPC) and proficient use of problem-solving tools including GD&T, Metrology / CMM practices, Shainin, DFSS, Ishikawa Diagrams, 3L 5Why, 8D, etc.
• Quality certification preferred

• Changing bed linens
• Collecting used bath linens and replenishing with fresh linens
• Dusting hard surfaces
• Vacuuming carpeted areas
• Cleaning bathroom sink, counters, tub and/or shower, toilet, etc.
• Replenish room amenities such as tissues, soaps, etc.
  
  

• Receive and prepare and/or delegate food orders according to memorized
  
  

• Coordinate orders for pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness of work station and storage areas at all times.
• Control waste by monitoring proper rotation, storage, and quantity control.
• Maintain inventory of station and order stock to maintain pars.
• Consistently apply established safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist in the training and coaching of Line Cooks.
  
  

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience as a cook.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Work closely with all company/business parties (i.e., Clients, Management, Developers, Vendors, Project Teams) to communicate required information.

·       Address and support accounting and system issues for our clients.

·       Develop business requirements and design documents for development projects.

·       Support business application portfolio responding to client business/technical problems.

·       Evaluate business processes.

·       Analyze software requirements to meet and/or improve business processes.

·       Assist with quality assurance during the software development stages including identifying potential problems and presenting solutions.

Job Skillsets and Requirements:

·       Excellent analytical with above average problem-solving abilities.

·       Previous accounting experience (2 to 5 years).

·       Transportation industry experience a big plus.

·       Strong organizational and communications (written and verbal) skills.

·       Proven history of meeting project deadlines.

·       Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
