Job Description:
The Cybersecurity Developer role is responsible for the development, programming, and coding of Information Technology solutions using ReactJS, Redux, D3 and NodeJS to enable Cybersecurity applications. They will engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle which include: gathering and analysing user/business system requirements, responding to outages and creating application system models. Developers are responsible for documenting detailed system specifications and will participate in evaluating, conducting performance testing, and all planned and unplanned maintenance for both internally developed applications and purchased products. They will participate in design meetings and consult with clients to refine, test and debug programs to meet business needs and interact and sometimes direct third party partners in the achievement of business and technology initiatives. Developers are responsible for including IT Controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity, as well as availability of the application and data processed or output by the application.
Essential Functions
* The essential functions listed represent the major duties of this role, additional duties may be assigned.
* Develop, support, and maintain web applications for enterprise and affiliates.
* Skilled in react, python, JavaScript, SQL, and other development languages.
* Supports API development.
* Supports front end and back-end development.
* Familiar with authentication and authorization technologies such as OAuth and JSON web tokens
* Familiar with CICD tools such as Jenkins.
* Monitors, reports on, and enhances performance of assigned technical security solutions
* Provides security technology incident response and problem management. Troubleshoots software and/or hardware issues/failures on assigned technical security solutions.
* Accountable for follow-up of all security work requests including collaborating with other IT areas to ensure timely completion/resolution and obtainment of appropriate approval levels.
* Supports escalations, known issues and out of cycle requests on multiple security solutions for the enterprise and its subsidiaries
* Supports the development and maintenance of operational documentation for technical security solutions (e.g. procedures, engineering diagrams, knowledgebase, etc.).
* Collects, analyses, synthesizes and presents data on technical security solutions and processes to peers, leadership and business stakeholders
* Assists the migration, upgrade and disposal of complex security capabilities and evaluates risks and impacts
* Collaborates with other business areas to deliver on work group initiatives for the enterprise and its subsidiaries
* Assists with developing continuous testing and validation of product performance and gap analysis for continuous security hardening processes
* Assists execution and alignment to security reference architecture standards and published blueprints.
* Assists Disaster Recovery planning, design, implementation and exercises on security technology solutions
* Assists remediation actions as a result of threat and vulnerability assessments or audits
* Provide training to others on security capabilities, processes, procedures and operational task

**In alignment with Clients Cybersecurity requirements, contractors must possess a relevant cybersecurity or technical certification for this role. If a relevant certification is not possessed, the contractor will be expected to obtain a relevant certification within 6 months of hire. (Relevant certification will be defined by hiring manager)

The ACE is the technical interface between L3Harris and our customers’ engineering staff, supporting the Business Development staff in the creation of new business opportunities.
The successful ACE will engage with customer, engineering, operations, and management personnel to define and document the customer’s CONOPS and requirements, perform trade studies, engage L3Harris Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to architect an affordable solution carrying acceptable risk, and lead resulting proposal efforts.
The ACE considers all of the needs, resources, and constraints, including the customer mission, budget limitations, technical preferences, physics boundaries, and the political climate, in a manner that creates trust in the ACE as well as L3Harris.
During program execution, the ACE is the technical advocate and voice of the customer during program reviews.
This role requires experience in systems engineering, system architecture development, competitive assessment, project engineering management and development program execution.
This individual will work closely with business development and senior management to respond to customer needs with technical presentations, white papers and proposals; Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to work cross-functionally between a large engineering enterprise and external partners is required.
Interpretation of customers’ mission needs with a focus on identifying mission gaps and addressable market Advocates customer critical needs to internal stakeholders Builds business cases and manages discretionary resources Roadmaps organic technology, discretionary funding, external partner capabilities, and customer funded studies to build new business opportunities Performs technical and management competitive assessments to clearly communicate why and how the new business opportunities provide value to L3Harris and the customer Evaluates customer and operational needs to help define and coordinate high level system performance, physical, functional, and program interface requirements Synthesis and life cycle ownership of mission architecture Generation of the initial Concept of Operations (CONOPS) or Operational Descriptions Document (ODD) Generation of initial system architecture views; decomposing opportunity to addressable configuration items in a compressive value chain framework Leads the development of appropriate solutions to customer needs Demonstrates broad and deep technical knowledge; accesses Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed Determines whether requirements can be met with existing capabilities/designs or if new design requirements must be developed Leads and coordinates various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture Assess and provide direction for make/buy decisions and selection of strategic suppliers Establishes the technology integration or migration strategies Leads and perform trade studies required to make both tactical and strategic technical decisions for pursuit Provides technical coordination between customer, industry, and internal engineering groups to articulate technical issues Prepares and presents technical information that addresses specific subjects of interest Analyzes and develops recommendations to resolve contractual technical issues Maintains a macro view of L3Harris' existing and emerging technologies Leads and coordinates pursuit activities such as technical baseline reviews, request for input (RFI) responses, request for proposal (RFP) responses, and white papers.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience.
Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
Demonstrated experience working with EW systems, including signals analysis, hardware design approaches, industry best practices, and techniques against adversary systems.
Previous experience executing DoD/government programs Proven technical business development skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excels in communication, adeptly translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams Experience with functional and physical architecture development Experience collaborating in a team environment Ability to work autonomously and with others to resolve technical issues Active Top Secret Security Clearance.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow ITSM Pro and ITOM Technical Solution Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM Pro and ITOM platform and will be responsible for designing and implementing the overall architecture and technical solution for our ITSM Pro and ITOM platform.

Required Experience:

Overview
The Technical Service Coordinator plays a critical role in onboarding new managed services customers and ensuring they have a clear, accurate, and complete technical foundation as they transition into our MSP environment. This role sits at the intersection of service delivery, technical operations, and customer success—responsible for gathering and documenting environment details, coordinating onboarding tasks across teams, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding
- Serve as the primary coordinator for onboarding new MSP customers.
- Collect and validate environment information (infrastructure, networks, identity systems, applications, security tools)
- Facilitate kickoff calls, technical discovery sessions, and onboarding checkpoints.
- Work cross-functionally with Service Desk, Systems Administration, Networking, and Security teams to ensure smooth onboarding execution.
- Track onboarding tasks, milestones, risks, and completion status.
Technical Documentation
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation including:
- Network diagrams
- Asset inventories
- Access and identity configurations
- Backup, monitoring, and security configurations
- Server, endpoint, and application details
- Build and update SOPs, runbooks, and customer-specific knowledge articles (consistent with knowledge practices in Managed - Services). [Managed - Services | PowerPoint]
- Ensure all customer documentation is properly stored, versioned, and accessible within the MSP knowledge repository.
Operational Coordination
- Act as a liaison between onboarding teams, technical operations, and account management.
- Document customer escalation paths, communication expectations, and support processes.
- Assist in preparing environment overviews and technical summaries for internal handoff to Operations, Systems Administration, and Service Desk teams.
- Support Technical Account Managers with accurate customer documentation as referenced in templates like SOW Template. [SOW Template | Word]
Technical Support Assistance
- Perform basic to mid‑level environment validation tasks (e.g., checking system health, verifying connectivity, confirming AD/O365 configurations
- Identify gaps in customer environments requiring additional engineering review or remediation.
- Provide Tier 1.5 coordination for technical issues discovered during onboarding.
Qualifications
Required
- 1–3 years experience in an MSP, helpdesk, technical coordination, or IT operations role.
- Understanding of:
- Microsoft 365 / Azure AD
- Windows Server fundamentals
- Networking basics (VLANs, firewalls, switching, DNS)
- Backup & monitoring concepts
- Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.

- Experience with:

Job Description:
L3Harris' Space and Airborne Systems seeks a Space Vehicle Engineer to join our growing team in the Surveillance Systems Division supporting Radio Frequency (RF) missions. The person in this position will serve as a dedicated program Space Vehicle Engineer at L3Harris, responsible for the execution of the Space Vehicle within cost, schedule and technical constraints. This includes all phases of the program execution lifecycle: Design, Development, Integration and Test, and Mission Operations. The Space Vehicle Engineer will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of electrical, mechanical and software engineers and analysts through the integration of the space craft bus, RF mission payload, and communications and network payloads. The role will include interfacing with both Program Management and Customers, providing status on the integration activities of the Space Vehicle as well as interfacing with both Mission and Ground Systems Engineering teams to ensure the Space Vehicle meets requirements and User needs.
Essential Functions:
* Lead program Space Vehicle (SV) engineering scope, including integration activities for all phases of the program life cycle
* Drive trade studies to closure - ensuring cost, technical and schedule reflects program priorities
* Review SV engineering work products for consistency and accuracy
* Work with Mission and Ground Systems Engineering teams to flow down requirements to applicable subsystems, develop Space Vehicle level ConOps, and implement Space to Ground and Bus to Payload Interface Control Documents.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
* Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams in executing space vehicle programs
* Experience with major program design reviews across the program life cycle (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, PSR, etc.)
* Experience with system-level requirements verification including allocation, flow down, analysis, testing, & demonstration
* Experience leading systems engineering teams in executing/backlog programs
* Experience managing/leveraging technical, cost and schedule requirements
* Experience with Hardware/Software integration, testing, and troubleshooting
* Experience working with external suppliers and subcontractors
* Experience in mentoring and growing technical staff
Preferred Additional Skills:
* Active TS/SCI security clearance
