Day-to-Day:

The Health Information Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day processing, maintenance, and protection of patient health information. Key Responsibilities

• Support high-volume patient interactions, assisting a team managing 80–100 patient calls per day, along with general HIM reception and transcription
