The new Mercy Hospital Fort Smith Dedicated Orientation Unit is an 18-bed unit focused on teaching eager newly hired Mercy caregivers the fundamental skills necessary to be successful. We are looking to build a team of highly engaged nurses who have a passion for education, patient care, and best practices. This unit will care for Medical Telemetry patients with a 6:1 patient to nurse ratio. Each nurse will act as a preceptor to two newly hired Mercy caregivers. Qualifications:
