We are seeking a People Experience Manager to join our team. Your role will work to advance the Kansas Foster Care team member experience by improving processes, ensuring compliance, and coordinating initiatives that enhance engagement, development, and retention. Through close collaboration with leadership, this role provides expert guidance and operational support that strengthens the overall team member lifecycle.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Serve as the first point of contact for team members seeking support on People Experience-related questions, concerns, and processes, ensuring timely guidance and a positive, solutionsfocused employee experience.
- Serve as a trusted PX partner by addressing team member concerns and supporting leaders with peoplerelated matters.
- Consult with PX leadership on sensitive actions such as terminations or corrective measures, as appropriate.
- Oversee the onboarding experience by partnering with the Talent Specialist and conduct regular audits of newhire files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of human resource-related roles experience and the following:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Experience working in a nonprofit environment is strongly preferred as a minimum expectation.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, FLSA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, EEO guidelines, and relevant accreditation/industry standards (e.g., COA, Joint Commission as applicable).
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, including onboarding, engagement, retention strategies, employee relations, and policy administration.
- At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
- A valid driver's license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

We are seeking a Manager of FORGE Fatherhood Project to join our team. The University of Kansas School of Social Welfare (KUSSW) and its partner, Cornerstones of Care, will develop and deliver the project, Family Opportunity, Resilience, Grit, Engagement - Fatherhood (Kansas FORGE Fatherhood). Kansas FORGE Fatherhood will serve fathers and father-figures raising a child by improving outcomes in healthy relationships, parenting practices, economic stability, and receive support in accessing community resources to long-term success.
The Manager of FORGE Fatherhood Project works under the direction of the Director of Client Support Services and is responsible for the supervision of FORGE Fatherhood Facilitators, Case Managers, and service compliance with the FORGE Fatherhood Grant in collaboration with the University of Kansas
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Work in collaboration with the Project Director, Project Supervisor, Data Manager, Evaluation Team, and Financial Manager to oversee implementation of the FORGE Fatherhood Grant.
- Maintain substantial knowledge and experience in serving families through community collaboration efforts to successfully implement Kansas FORGE Fatherhood.
- Act as the primary liaison for current and prospective community partners, fostering strong, sustainable collaborative relationships.
- Lead program recruitment efforts in collaboration with established community partners and identify new community stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment process aligned with partners' existing procedures.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of management experience and the following:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or other human service-related field.
- Master's degree in social work or other human service-related field and 2-5 years of work experience in child and family services. Licensed by the Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board to practice in Kansas (LBSW, LMSW, LSCSW, Professional Counselor, LMFT, and/or Alcohol and Drug Counselor) preferred.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This Engineer will be responsible for completing the Mechanical Engineering portion of projects in support of the Plant Capital Project execution. They will also provide daily Plant Technical support, enabling the Plant to meet its Safety, Market, Productivity, and Quality goals. They will assist management with pre-studies of deployment and development projects in the M.E. field. She / he will ensure adherence to the customer's specifications, local regulations, compliance of performance, and costs.

* Conduct feasibility studies of functional specifications; evaluate solutions against the criteria of cost, landmarks, risks, and functionality.
* Adhere to the quality system and established methods (risk analyses, FMEA, design reviews, quality planning, treatment of non-Conformities, etc.).
* Acquire validation of projects during the installation, start-up and ramp-up of the equipment in collaboration with team members.
* Facilitate procurement, factory acceptance tests, and maintain "as built" folders for assigned material and equipment projects.
* Provide project support, especially during installation. Start-up and ramp up phases, are often "on-site" and "hands on", and several projects include implementation schedules during planning site downtime.
* Create budget estimates and bid packages on assigned projects.
* Provide project documentation: mechanical designs, technical offer, safety risk assessment, quality risk assessments, maintenance & operator training documents and user manuals.
* Lead mechanical contractors or maintenance installation teams during equipment modifications & machine installations through start-up and commissioning.
* Provide project support, especially during installation, start-up and ramp up phases, is often "on-site" and "hands on", and many projects include implementation schedules during holidays and shutdowns.

* Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Starting Salary: $52,000 Annually
Bonus: $2500 ($1000 Sign-on bonus will be paid on your first paycheck and the $1500 Retention bonus will be paid after 12 months of service.)
This role will provide intervention and clinical services to youth ages 3-16 and their parents/guardians as assigned, by utilizing the evidence-based treatment modality PMTO (Parent Management Training-Oregon).
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provides assigned face-to-face intensive, primarily in-home, services*(in-office and tele-health as necessary), to youth ages 3-16 and their parents/guardians
- Participates actively in all PMTO trainings and ongoing monthly PMTO coaching to achieve and sustain certification *(annual recertification required)
- Maintains a case load of up to 7 families
- Provides direct clinical services of one weekly parent/guardian session, one family session and one parent/guardian coaching call with each assigned family for 4- 6 months
- Initiates contact with parent/guardian to engage family in services and completes all required Psychometric Assessments, Psycho-Social Intake, and Legal Intake Documentation within required time frame
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have relevant work experience and the following:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field, required.
- Licensed by Kansas BSRB and reciprocal license with Missouri licensing board, required.

Role Description:
Oak Street Health's graduate Behavioral Health Specialist Fellowship is a 12-month paid training program in the revolutionary collaborative care model in a value-based setting, which rewards healthcare companies for the quality of their care not the quantity.
This program will include time spent building your knowledge of evidence-based interventions and psychotropic medications, earning clinical supervision hours from a licensed clinical social worker, and engaging in didactic content that aims to build on, not repeat, graduate training. All fellows will work at Oak Street for 24 months following the completion of this program, but we hope will continue to spend their careers at Oak Street improving the health of communities across the country.

Selection Timeline
First-round interviews will be conducted as applications are received.
Second and third-round interviews will be virtual or in person (based on applicant preference) as individuals are moved forward from the first-round.
