• Provides recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff. Job Summary and Qualifications

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. This Coordinator role will support Critical Care Services at Mission Hospital. The Coordinator leads and facilitates the development of quality initiatives and is responsible for all programmatic responsibilities including but not limited to:

Essential Accountabilities:

• Staff member will use evidence based practice while collaborating with medical and hospital staff, while also analyzing data and improving processes.
• Participate and lead committees and teams and work with team members timely on action plans to improve quality outcomes.

Previous signed BSN commitment letter OR grandfathering will be accepted between departments and Mission Health entities. Exemptions may be approved with CNO System Council approval.

Required License/ Certifications:
