* Recruit and manage subcontractors [Painting Crews] along with the Project Manager
* Accurately estimating labor/materials and submitting the quote to the customer within 24 hours of the appointment
* Following up with all quotes seven times within six months OR until approved/rejected
* Scheduling approved estimates in accordance with Management's process [will train]
* Collecting deposits before the start of each job
* Upselling clients on additional services

Himalaya Wellness USA LTD, a dietary supplement and personal care company, is seeking an experienced and highly driven Director of Supply Chain & Operations to oversee its supply chain for The Americas region (North & South America). This role will manage all aspects of the supply chain including planning, purchasing, distribution, and inventory management to ensure sales continuity in The Americas Region. Additionally, this role will oversee operations at Himalaya’s facility in Sugar Land and any outsourced partners. The Director of Supply Chain & Operations will report to the VP of Operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the overall supply chain and operations strategy.
- Develop and implement an effective strategic supply chain plan.
- De-risk potential supply shortages and identify and validate secondary source vendors.
- Manage demand planning to ensure healthy inventory levels across all geographies.
- Manage relationships with retail distribution centers globally to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of all retail POs.
- Monitor Amazon and other e-commerce fulfillment performance to ensure all orders are shipped on time, in full, and within desired service levels.
- Provide input and intelligence on ingredient sourcing in collaboration with Manufacturing and Procurement.
- Support innovation by introducing new and innovative raw material opportunities.
- Analyze operational data and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain.
- Manage priorities across teams to ensure successful and timely execution.
- Ensure US market compliance with Federal and State laws including DSHEA and California Prop 65.
- Represent the organization during audits including FDA, Texas Department of Health, and other regulatory bodies.
- Implement vendor scorecarding and process improvements.
- Establish reporting systems with clear analysis, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Implement processes to mitigate and troubleshoot post-delivery issues with minimal cost impact.
- Develop policies and metrics for vendor selection, supplier scorecarding, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives with annual goals.
- Establish and execute a domestic sourcing strategy.
- Identify and develop US-based vendors for supplements and personal care production.
- Negotiate with third-party suppliers and manufacturers to ensure cost competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure cGMP (21 CFR Part 111) compliance.
- Oversee third-party manufacturing operations and quality control.
- Manage Supply and Quality Agreements with third-party manufacturers.
- Directly or indirectly manage operations team members.
- Collaborate closely with internal warehouse teams and 3PL providers.
- Support Marketing and Sales initiatives with operational execution.
- Provide regular updates to offshore suppliers regarding forecasts and safety stock.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 12–15+ years of experience in Consumer Goods Supply Chain, preferably in the Dietary Supplements Industry.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
- Detailed knowledge of planning, purchasing, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience managing teams across multiple time zones.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

The Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy of the company’s facilities, utilities, and fleet. This role ensures that all infrastructure and vehicles are maintained efficiently and cost-effectively, focusing on safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. The Asset Manager also leads contract negotiation and management for facility services, utilities, and fuel programs, ensuring alignment with budget and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Asset Management & Utilities:
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and improvements for all company facilities and grounds.
- Manage utility operations (electricity, water, HVAC, waste management), identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve energy efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
- Manage personnel assigned to facilities including mechanics to ensure preventative maintenance schedules and emergency repair protocols.
- Manage the organization’s fleet of vehicles, including acquisition, maintenance, registration, and disposal.
- Monitor and analyze fleet performance, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement innovative programs, processes procedures that reduce overall operating costs.
- Track vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance schedules to ensure uptime and asset longevity.
- Maintain up-to-date records on all fleet assets, inspections, and licensing requirements.
- Lead sourcing, negotiation, and execution of contracts related to facilities, utilities, and fleet operations.
- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Ensure contract compliance and proper documentation for audits and legal reviews.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams for budget planning and risk mitigation.
- Prepare and manage the facilities and fleet budget; monitor expenses and variances.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in facilities and/or fleet management, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with fuel usage analytics, fleet tracking systems, and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building standards.

Job Summary
The Supplemental Occupational Therapist assesses patients then develops and initiates a treatment plan based on the results of the evaluation. The evaluation may include measurement of physical, cognitive, perceptual and/or developmental skill as they relate to maximizing level of independence in the occupational performance areas along the continuum of life. The incumbent documents findings, progress and provides instruction to patients and caregivers. Primarily needed for weekend coverage - 3 weekend days in 1 month period, major and minor holidays on rotation - may have opportunity to pick up weekday shifts to cover others but not guaranteed.Hours: 9am- 6pm shift
