Under close supervision, the employee will learn to perform routine aspects of estimating assignments to acquire the basic principles of estimating. Sections of a total project estimate will be delegated to the employee to prepare estimated quantities and costs. This position will usually specialize in a particular discipline (Mechanical, Structural, Electrical or Architectural). Request for costs will be sent to vendors or subcontractors in the local area where construction will be done, and the results will be analyzed and verified with historical data and research.

Position Overview:
The Finishing Technician supports daily manufacturing operations in the areas of safety, product quality, throughput, and workplace organization. This role performs hands on finishing, patching and repairing parts within the process flow of ceramics-based finished goods. The technician will use visual magnification techniques and equipment and machines to assist in the validation of production to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Finish intricate, ceramic components by removing or repairing various types of visual and feature indications with precision tools and techniques.
* Perform in-process and final inspections using calibrated instruments and visual standards to ensure dimensional accuracy and cosmetic quality.
* Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Perioperative and Procedural Services, the Principal Advisor for CSP serves as the system's senior subject‑matter expert and strategic leader for this procedural domain. In this capacity, the leader will functions as an enterprise‑level authority responsible for establishing standard practices, policies, and procedures for daily operations. - Experience designing and integrating hydronic systems including pumps, piping networks, valves, and heat exchangers for data center cooling applications.
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics, pressure drop calculations, and pipe sizing for chilled water and glycol-based systems.
