This role will manage projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Projects may include office, industrial, institutional, retail, and other large-scale commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Lead subcontractor buyout and contract negotiations
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
• Develop and maintain project schedules alongside the Superintendent
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial General Contractor

• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar construction management software
