Principal Accountabilities
- This role involves physical activity in a food processing environment, which generally requires a moderate amount of exertion on a fairly regular basis-involving bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, reaching, working on irregular surfaces, occasional lifting of objects weighing more than 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-25 pounds. Walking or standing for extended periods of time will be required as well as the occasional use of stairs and/or ladders
- The work may also involve other exertions, conditions or exposures (e.g. heat, cold, dust). This position is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions with slippery surfaces, moving mechanical parts and fast paced warm/cool environments. Personal protective equipment use is required in all areas of the facility
- Execution of automation solutions used for controlling plant process. Will involve design and configuration of control systems and oversight of electrical and instrumentation functions related to projects. Will be required to obtain knowledge of plant processes
- Design and Implement control strategies based on current best practice standards and approved components
- Work with fix/support team to identify areas in need of improvement and reliability. Provide training for completed projects
- This position requires availability for a 6 day work week
Required Qualifications

SENIOR MECHANICAL ESTIMATOR
Position Overview:
The Lead Mechanical Estimator is responsible for managing and guiding the estimating team to deliver accurate, competitive, and comprehensive proposal packages for client turnover. This role oversees estimates for projects up to $50M, ensuring alignment with company objectives and efficient execution strategies. The Lead Estimator will mentor junior estimators, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and provide strategic input during pre-construction phases.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Estimation:
- Lead preparation of detailed estimates for projects up to $50MM, considering complexity and self-performance scope.
- Validate quantity take-offs and ensure accurate input into estimating software.
- Apply advanced cost analysis and contingency planning for risk mitigation.
Technical Expertise:
- Interpret and analyze P&ID drawings and other technical documents.
- Utilize HCSS HeavyBid software for accurate and efficient estimating.
- Incorporate design methodologies such as DesignAssist and DesignBuild when applicable.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Represent the estimating team in client meetings, pre-bid conferences, and negotiations.

Process Management:
- Develop and enforce estimating procedures, including pre-estimate checklists and opportunity matrices.
- Oversee bid review meetings and ensure timely submission of RFIs and proposals.

Strategic Contributions:

Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of industrial construction estimating experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (MSP or P6) and advanced Excel tracking.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in HCSS HeavyBid or similar estimating software; familiarity with project controls tools like Heavy Job.
- Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings and other technical schematics.

How will you make an impact?
We are seeking a highly skilled, technically proficient and detail-oriented Principal Mechanical Engineer with expertise in metal structures, frame design, pipes and fabrication to support the development of power and cooling infrastructure for data centers. This role is critical in designing robust mechanical systems that house and support electrical and thermal management equipment, ensuring structural integrity, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards.
What will you do?
Experience designing and integrating hydronic systems including pumps, piping networks, valves, and heat exchangers for data center cooling applications.
Knowledge of fluid dynamics, pressure drop calculations, and pipe sizing for chilled water and glycol-based systems.
Understanding of installation constraints, maintenance access, and serviceability in large-scale mechanical infrastructure.
Design and develop mechanical frames, enclosures, and support structures for data center power and cooling products (UPS systems, battery racks, CRAC units, containment systems, LVS, MVS).
Perform advanced structural analysis using FEA tools to validate mechanical integrity under static, dynamic, seismic, and thermal loads.
Analyze load paths, stress concentrations, and fatigue life of structural components to ensure long-term reliability.
Design metal enclosures with considerations for airflow, thermal containment, EMI shielding, and environmental protection.
Evaluate and implement new materials, coatings, and fabrication technologies to enhance product performance and reliability.
Participate in customer engagements and site visits to understand deployment constraints and gather feedback for design improvements.
Create detailed CAD models and fabrication drawings, including weldments, sheet metal, and machined parts
Select appropriate materials and fabrication methods to optimize cost, performance, and reliability
Collaborate with electrical, thermal, and systems engineering teams to integrate mechanical designs with functional components.
Lead mechanical design reviews and contribute to cross-functional design validation efforts.
Develop and maintain design documentation including BOMs, specifications, test plans, and engineering change orders (ECOs).
Drive continuous improvement in mechanical design for manufacturability (DFM), cost reduction, and performance optimization.
Interface with suppliers and customers to resolve fabrication issues and ensure quality standards are met.
Support lifecycle management of mechanical components, including obsolescence planning and alternate sourcing.
Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for mechanical failures or field issues.
Ensure mechanical designs support airflow management, thermal containment, and integration with cooling systems (in-row cooling, rear door heat exchangers).
Collaborate with compliance and certification teams to ensure mechanical designs meet global regulatory requirements (UL, CE, RoHS, REACH)

Education :

How will you make an impact?
We are seeking a highly skilled, technically proficient and detail-oriented Principal Mechanical Engineer with expertise in metal structures, frame design, pipes and fabrication to support the development of power and cooling infrastructure for data centers. This role is critical in designing robust mechanical systems that house and support electrical and thermal management equipment, ensuring structural integrity, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards.
What will you do?
- Experience designing and integrating hydronic systems including pumps, piping networks, valves, and heat exchangers for data center cooling applications.
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics, pressure drop calculations, and pipe sizing for chilled water and glycol-based systems.
- Understanding of installation constraints, maintenance access, and serviceability in large-scale mechanical infrastructure.
- Design and develop mechanical frames, enclosures, and support structures for data center power and cooling products (UPS systems, battery racks, CRAC units, containment systems, LVS, MVS).
- Perform advanced structural analysis using FEA tools to validate mechanical integrity under static, dynamic, seismic, and thermal loads.
- Analyze load paths, stress concentrations, and fatigue life of structural components to ensure long-term reliability.
- Design metal enclosures with considerations for airflow, thermal containment, EMI shielding, and environmental protection.
- Evaluate and implement new materials, coatings, and fabrication technologies to enhance product performance and reliability.
- Participate in customer engagements and site visits to understand deployment constraints and gather feedback for design improvements.
- Create detailed CAD models and fabrication drawings, including weldments, sheet metal, and machined parts
- Select appropriate materials and fabrication methods to optimize cost, performance, and reliability
- Collaborate with electrical, thermal, and systems engineering teams to integrate mechanical designs with functional components.
- Lead mechanical design reviews and contribute to cross-functional design validation efforts.
- Develop and maintain design documentation including BOMs, specifications, test plans, and engineering change orders (ECOs).
- Drive continuous improvement in mechanical design for manufacturability (DFM), cost reduction, and performance optimization.
- Interface with suppliers and customers to resolve fabrication issues and ensure quality standards are met.
- Support lifecycle management of mechanical components, including obsolescence planning and alternate sourcing.
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for mechanical failures or field issues.
- Ensure mechanical designs support airflow management, thermal containment, and integration with cooling systems (in-row cooling, rear door heat exchangers).
- Collaborate with compliance and certification teams to ensure mechanical designs meet global regulatory requirements (UL, CE, RoHS, REACH)
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical design and fabrication, preferably in data center, industrial, or power systems environment.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor) and FEA software (ANSYS, Abaqus).
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes including welding, sheet metal forming, and machining is a must

As a member of the Telephony and Contact Center Technologies team, you will design, engineer, implement, and support Securian's enterprise telephony and contact center platforms. This role is focused on delivering secure, scalable, cloud-first communication solutions using RingCentral, NiCE CXone, and Cyara.
You will work closely with Contact Center Operations, Agile delivery teams, and technology partners to continuously improve customer and associate experiences across the enterprise.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Design, engineer, implement, and support enterprise UCaaS and CCaaS platforms
Provide daily operational support for cloud-based telephony, unified communications, SIP services, and IVR solutions
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience engineering and supporting cloud-based telephony or contact center platforms
Strong understanding of VoIP technologies, SIP, and call routing concepts
RingCentral and RingCentral Contact Center engineering
NiCE inContact / CXone administration and development
