Responsibilities: 1.
Design, develop, and engineer high-quality models using HVAC and MEP systems.

Utilize AutoCAD to draft and simulate HVAC systems.
3.
Carry out heating and cooling loads for different structures using industry software.
4.
Conduct HVAC system conceptual design including equipment selection and system sizing.
5.
Prepare technical specifications and drawings for tender and construction.
6.
Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate HVAC systems into the overall building design.
7.
Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
8.
Ensure all HVAC systems are compliant with safety regulations and sustainable design principles.
9.
Provide troubleshooting and repair support for existing HVAC installations.
10.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest HVAC techniques and industry trends.
Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC design and project management.
3.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP systems.
4.
Strong knowledge of HVAC system design and engineering.
5.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with complex transactions.
6.
Proven ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
7.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.

What You’ll Do

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
