Responsibilities 1.
Operate and manage Fanuc CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
2.
Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
3.
Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
4.
Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
5.
Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet requirements.
6.
Test operation of machines periodically to guarantee their smooth running.
7.
Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages.
8.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
9.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure machinery efficiency, proper job sequencing, and coordinated workflow.
10.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications 1.
2+ years' experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.

Proficient in using Fanuc CNC and Fanuc software.
3.
Comprehensive knowledge of mill and lathe operations.
4.
Expertise in machine programming and CNC machine operation.
5.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
6.
Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
7.
A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach.
8.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
9.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
10.
High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus.

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Flex Houseparents eventually transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where they live and work with the same group of students in their own student home.
