As a Principal Systems Engineer - Modeling Simulation & Analysis Engineer, you will participate in challenging multi-disciplinary work across integrated product teams consisting of Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), Signal Processing and missile-and-sensor-level Performance Simulations. Our Performance Simulation teams provide, develop, and maintain high fidelity performance simulations, evaluate system performance, support new business initiatives and develop & execute technology roadmaps. What You will Do

• You will create high fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance assessment, and flight test support
• You will be responsible for the development and implementation of modeling solutions, and subsequently conduct trade studies and evaluation of system and subsystem performance
• You will work in a team environment, receiving input from the team supervisors and providing guidance and/or direction to other team members
• You will collaborate with Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), Signal Processing, and other performance personnel to perform simulation activities according to the program schedule
• You will work on different projects, determine, and develop approaches and solutions, and provide development guidance throughout the product lifecycle from initial concept to fielded product
• You will provide technical expertise for the simulation products of a specific program, and assist Senior Modeling Engineers in the preparation of detailed plans, and may interact with government counterparts as an authority on simulation products

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant prior experience
• Experience applying object-oriented software design in C++, C, and using MATLAB or Python for evaluation of data sets
• Experience developing or simulating physical systems
• Experience in modeling, simulation, statistics, or analysis for existing or proposed engineering solutions
• Experience as a Functional and/or Technical lead within an engineering environment
• Ability to obtain an Interim Secret U.S. government issued Security Clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access after start. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Maritime Strike Tomahawk is a highly dynamic development program in which you will be contributing directly to the requirements development and decomposition of complex subsystems as well as developing the verification approach. As a Systems Engineer you will collaborate with other Engineering disciplines to help define requirements, interfaces, subsystem behavior, and subsystems integration into the overall system. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining SE Artifacts. This role will see a wide spectrum of the development lifecycle from requirement development, qualification/verification, and fleet deployment support. Additionally, this role will include Control Account Manager (CAM) duties. As the CAM, you will be directly accountable for the detailed planning, scheduling, and budgeting of the authorized scope of work for each assigned Control Account. What You Will Do

• Earned Value Management (EVM): Monitoring and reporting on earned value, cost performance, and schedule adherence to ensure project objectives are met. Plan and track tasks and milestones within an Integrated Master Schedule

• Develop, maintain, and improve system and subsystem requirements, interfaces, behaviors and architecture

• Perform requirements flow down / allocation and traceability along with development of the Requirements Verification Matrix

• Utilize a variety of enabling technologies such as Cameo Model Based Systems Engineering and DOORS for Requirement Management

Qualifications You Must Have

• Experience writing, decomposing and tracing requirements, and/or performing trade studies to optimize system performance

• Experience with military systems; tactics, techniques, and procedures along with DoD customer infrastructure experience

The Effectors Directorate is a multi-discipline organization responsible for developing test solutions for all Raytheon products. What You Will Do:

The Effectors PG&C Center is currently hiring for a Sr. Systems Engineer - Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer position in Tucson, AZ to support execution of the portfolio of current and upcoming missile programs. As a Sr. Systems Engineer - Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer, you will play a critical role in helping with the evaluation, design, implementation, and integration of embedded software algorithms. You will collaborate with a team of engineers in an integrated product team that will be responsible for tactical embedded software, firmware, and integrated flight software 6 Degrees-of-Freedom simulations to achieve overall system performance requirements. What You Will Do

• Development, integration, and testing of embedded tactical missile flight code

• Definition and execution of system level performance studies and analyses to inform the development and integration of new capabilities, refinement of existing capability, or to address obsolescence

• Work within an agile framework to lead development of backlogs, plans, and metrics

• Provide experience and guidance to help the program train new engineers and execute efficiently and effectively

Qualifications You Must Have

This role includes full-stack electrical design from generator systems to AI rack integration zones, with a focus on PDUs, UPS systems, MV/HV power distribution, phased power infrastructure, and controls architecture. The Sr. Principal Electrical Integration Engineer will manage and oversee the electrical systems essential for the data center, energy storage systems, and HVAC applications. This role will involve developing specifications, selecting key components, routing wires and cables, establishing connections, and transitioning design to manufacturing. Furthermore, the position includes leading test process implementation and ensuring equipment alignment to maintain the highest standards of operational excellence and reliability.

What will you do?

Product & System Design :

• Knowledge of high-efficiency power conversion and point-of-load regulation for AI/ML server racks (BBU, rPDU).
• Understanding of rack power zoning, load balancing, and redundancy strategies for tiered compute workloads.
• Ensure electrical systems are properly integrated into fabricated enclosures and structural assemblies.
• Lead the electrical design and integration of UPS systems, power conversion units, and safety interlocks.
• Develop and maintain single-line and three-line diagrams for power distribution systems, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with NEC, IEEE, and UL standards.
• Design and validate three-phase power systems, including load balancing, fault protection, and redundancy strategies for high-availability environments.

Factory & Facility Integration :

• Design end-to-end electrical distribution systems from generator and utility interface to AI rack integration zones.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure electrical infrastructure aligns with facility layout, safety codes, and operational requirements.
• Plan and implement power redundancy, load segmentation, and scalable distribution architectures to support high-density compute environments.
