The Surface Based Effector Production Department is searching for a Sr. Principal Guidance Section Systems Integrator role on a complex missile program that is critical for our national defense and has near unlimited growth potential.  The Systems Integrator role will work closely with all disciplines associated with missile production including Program Management, Chief Engineers, Quality, Supply Chain and Production Operations to ensure the technical integrity of our products is maintained and performs as intended every time.  The Systems Integrator’s broad knowledge base will be used to lead and/or support failure investigations, obsolescence redesigns, factory escapes, supplier issues and much more.  The ability to calmly but quickly review and analyze information, separate fact from fiction and make decisions and/or recommendations is critical in this role. The Systems Integrator also provides both technical guidance and supervision in meeting project commitments.  Allocating time to mentor newer engineers is also key to the success of the team and program. 

What You Will Do:

• Support integration and test efforts of the All Up Round and related subassemblies for the SM-6 programs
• Provide technical oversight of failure investigations
• Support component level design and test reviews
• Work environment is primarily in an office, but may include labs, field work, or a combination
• Work with suppliers and customers for procuring and demonstrating capabilities in lab or field environments.
• Assignments may include design changes and analysis; developing and documenting subsystem requirements and test plans and reports; peer reviews of designs as a subject matter expert; presentations to peers, management, and government customers; and root-cause investigations.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: RF product and subassembly design, integration, and production support; analog, digital, and power electronics design, integration, and production support; deconvolving high-level requirements into actionable design electronics and subsystem architectures; experience in RF sub-systems, systems engineering, requirements development, requirement validation, Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) design, RF test integration (including RF test solutions), and/or RF supplier management on an effector-based product

Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking a skilled and motivated Cross Product Team Lead to lead cost, schedule and execution of the Coyote Block 3 plus (CB3+) System Integration & Test Portfolio.  This position is onsite based in Tucson, Arizona with alternate onsite locations in McKinney, TX; Tewksbury, MA; Largo, FL & Scottsdale, AZ .  Travel up to 10% will be required.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for the cost, schedule and execution of the Coyote Block 3 Plus (CB3+) Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) activities within a structure of CB3+ Cross Product / Systems.
• Lead flight test, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) proposal, HIL development, cross product verification testing, and cross product lab integration efforts.
• Lead a cross product team of IPTLs and multidisciplinary engineers (~15-20).
• Collaborate and effectively communicate with other CPTs, IPTs, program leadership, customers, and business associates both internal and external to Raytheon.
• Support for budget and schedule efforts for multiple contracts by coordinating with program planning, finance, & leadership to execute Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and execution for technical projects.

How will you make an impact?

We are looking for a Principal Thermal Rack Engineer within the Intelligent Infrastructure Segment to drive advanced cooling solutions for high-performance computing systems. This role involves incorporating thermal components such as direct liquid cooling (DLC) systems, coolant distribution units (CDUs), and manifolds into network and server racks (EIA 19” and ORv3). You will leverage CFD tools to perform rack and system-level thermal and fluid analysis, ensuring optimal flow distribution, pressure drop, and temperature performance. Additionally, you will create 3D CAD designs for seamless hardware integration, lead validation testing, and resolve thermal or flow issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions. - Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for mechanical and thermal failures or field issues.

This role requires deep expertise in liquid cooling technologies (single-phase and two-phase), hydronic system design, structural integration, and manufacturable rack-level infrastructure solutions.

This role is responsible for defining system performance requirements, developing technical specifications, selection and integration of critical components, and leading mechanical design from concept through production release. Responsibilities include wetted material selection, thermal and structural analysis, fastening strategies, component layout, and design for manufacturability. What will you do?

• Cloud Data Platforms: Snowflake, AWS Redshift, RDS, Postgres
• Data Governance & Cataloging: Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC)
• Master Data Management: Reltio MDM for authoritative data domains
• AI Enablement: SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, Textract, etc. for AI development, MLflow for model lifecycle management
• Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.

The estimated base pay range for this job is:

$89,000.00 - $164,300.00
