Senior Commissioning & Qualification Engineer – Automation (Biopharma Build)
Owner’s Representative | Onsite – Spring House, PA
Contract through end of year, potential for ongoing extensions
We are seeking a senior Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) Automation SME to support the delivery of a state-of-the-art Cell & Gene Therapy manufacturing facility.
This is a high-visibility, onsite role where you will serve as the Owner’s Representative, ensuring highly automated GMP process systems are properly commissioned, integrated, and inspection-ready. If you thrive in complex, automation-heavy capital projects, this is the type of build that defines careers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the technical SME for commissioning automated process equipment
- Represent the owner’s interests across all project phases
- Lead execution of Commissioning Plans with emphasis on automation, integration, and data integrity
- Author and review IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, URS, and validation documentation
- Oversee startup and field execution for complex equipment platforms
- Drive resolution of automation-related deviations and integration issues
- Coordinate across automation, construction, validation, quality, and vendor teams
- Apply risk-based qualification principles (ASTM E2500, FMEA)
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and 21 CFR Part 11
- Support digital validation platforms (e.g., Kneat)

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences
- 5–10 years of CQV experience in automated biopharma manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with process equipment and control systems
- Strong understanding of GMP validation lifecycle
Strongly Preferred:
- DeltaV, Rockwell, Siemens, or similar DCS/PLC platforms
- Experience in greenfield or large capital projects
- ASTM E2500 / GAMP 5 knowledge
- Experience with digital validation tools (Kneat, Veeva)
- Background in cell & gene therapy, fill/finish, or cleanroom environments

Your Impact as a Medical Lead Veterinarian As the Medical Lead Veterinarian, you are the champion of medical excellence in your hospital. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your associate veterinarians, partnering with your Practice Manager to build a healthy and engaged team, and driving the continuous improvement of patient care and client service. This is a key leadership role where you will set the standard for clinical quality and foster a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Lead and Mentor Your DVM Team: You will manage all associate veterinarians, conducting regular performance discussions, coaching them on individual development goals (including production and PCT), and fostering a culture of teamwork and retention.
- Role Model Medical Excellence: You will set the example for the highest quality of medicine, client service, and efficiency, while also practicing as an associate veterinarian and achieving your own production goals.
- Drive Hospital Performance: In partnership with your Practice Manager, you will help develop the annual operating plan, manage hospital financial performance toward an EBITDA goal, and ensure compliance with all medical and DEA regulations.
- Foster a Culture of Growth: You will lead monthly doctor meetings to discuss best practices, new services, and medical standards. You will also supervise externship and mentorship programs and champion a culture of recruitment.
- Be an Ambassador: You will serve as an ambassador for your hospital and Mission Pet Health through community engagement at schools, universities, and local events.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a valid state license in good standing.
- A minimum of 2 years of practical clinical experience.

Church of the Saviour Next Generation Ministry is looking for college-aged interns who have a strong and personal love for Jesus to come along side us in growing, together with our students, towards Him. It is our great joy to see more students call Jesus their personal savior, for students to dive deeper into their faith, and to equip more disciples to carry out His Great Commission. This internship is designed for mature followers of Christ to aid us in that mission, but equally to be served by Church of the Saviour leadership to develop as Christian leaders themselves. This program exists so that interns can first be poured into by God and His Church by the Spirit, and then overflow into gospel ministry for the next generation. We seek in all things to love others, because God first loved us.
*Internship Details:*
* Duration: 10 weeks, full-time, from May 28th to August 6th
* Compensation: $4,000 (before tax withholdings)
* Focus: Personal, spiritual, and professional development through one-on-one discipleship and hands-on ministry leadership and responsibilities
* Primary Goals:
* Grow in your own personal faith in Jesus Christ
* Serve Christ by ministering to Students (6th through 12th grade)
* Housing: Provided by Church of the Saviour if needed
* Requirements: Interns must provide their own transportation and health insurance
* Reporting Structure: Next Generation interns with Student Ministry emphasis will report directly to the Director of Student Ministry, but will also work closely with the entire Next Generation Team.
*Primary Responsibilities: *
* Maintain your walk with Christ and actively seek to grow in your faith. The first step in growing another’s love for Christ, is to grow in love for Christ yourself
* Daily time in God’s Word & prayer and weekly meetings with staff and co-interns for spiritual, professional, leadership & teamwork development
* Regular one-on-one time with staff for personal discipleship, mentorship, and fellowship
* Collaborate with co-interns and church staff to help Student Ministry thrive in Jesus’ name
* Attend Sunday School at 9:00 a.m. and our Worship Service at 10:30 a.m. throughout the internship
* Attend weekly Church of the Saviour staff meetings throughout the internship
* Plan, coordinate, and lead various Student Ministry events like Youth Group, small and large group hangouts, day trips, Bible studies, pranks on Pastor Jon, and more
* Be trained and serve by teaching from God’s Word, emceeing, leading music, leading games, etc.
* Attend and co-lead various multi-day events consisting like overnight camps and retreats
* Uphold a safe, welcoming environment and Christ-centered experiences for all students at all times
* Though imperfect, be imitators of Christ while modeling and encouraging students to do the same
* Pray at all times in the Spirit that our students would understand the gospel, take Christ as their own, be set free from sin, be led to sanctification, and eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord
