Duties / Responsibilities Include:

• Understands the requirements of owner’s contract, including bonds, fees, notifications, schedules, reporting, and costs
• Manages the subcontracting process, which includes holding initial scope review meetings, finalizing agreed price, developing subcontract scope of work, managing the subcontract, final execution process and the implementation of Safety during Preconstruction
• Reviews the contract documents with all project participants (e.g., customers, employees, subcontractors, suppliers, government regulators, utilities) to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Establishes relationships and communication tools as needed with suppliers and other key people to verify all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and personnel are obtained
• Builds effective relationships with customers, design team, subcontractors, suppliers, and user groups that reflect and support company core values
• Conducts presentations to proactively seek new business opportunities through relationships

Experience and Education:

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred plus a minimum of 5 years of CONCRETE experience
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to solve problems through critical thinking
• Supervise, develop, and delegate tasks to direct reports and provide appropriate feedback as needed
• Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites, company communication tools, such as Bluebeam, Onscreen Takeoff, Sage

We are actively seeking a Service Manager with extensive experience in Electrical/ HVAC service operations, including maintenance programs, equipment replacements, system diagnostics, and retrofit projects. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic project management, and leadership skills to oversee service based projects from planning through completion, ensuring reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC/electrical service projects including preventive maintenance programs, equipment replacements, retrofits, and complex troubleshooting events while ensuring they meet quality standards, budget expectations, and established timelines

• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, vendors, and clients to ensure service scopes are accurate, efficient, and compliant with all relevant codes, standards, and customer requirements

Qualifications

As a Construction Project Manager in our General Contracting – Design Build, you’ll take ownership of complex commercial buildouts from pre-construction through closeout. What You Bring:

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing full lifecycle commercial construction projects, OR,
• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field AND 3+ years of experience managing full lifecycle commercial construction projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated success managing or supporting commercial construction projects of $1M+ in value
• Strong knowledge of full-scope commercial construction workflows, scheduling, and coordination
• Ability to lead a team, communicate clearly, and take full ownership of project delivery
• Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Fieldwire, Procore, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera, and ERP systems

Schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 base + 10% target bonus

A high‑volume bakery operation is seeking a strong, autonomous Night Production Manager to lead overnight production activities at its Norcross, Georgia facility. This role serves as the senior operations leader on the night shift and works closely with the FSQA Supervisor to ensure safe, high‑quality, and efficient production.

With only two managers in the building overnight, the position requires sound judgment, calm decision‑making, and consistent follow‑through. The Night Production Manager owns execution—delivering the production plan, maintaining standards, and ensuring a disciplined, well‑documented handoff to the day shift.
