Job Description:
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the implementation of quality control measures and standards within the organization. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality of products, processes, and services. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily performance of QC staff
- Responsible for leading, motivating, and training QC personnel to meet or exceed department and company goals and objectives

- Investigate root cause of customer complaints and initiate/complete corrective action, as appropriate

The Opportunity
This posting is for multiple P&C Actuarial Analyst positions on the pricing, indications, and forecasting teams. These roles require experienced analysts to independently apply actuarial methods for accurate pricing and process improvement, mentor colleagues, provide strategic insights, and manage business risks in compliance with internal risk management policies.

Experienced analyst responsible for independently applying actuarial methodologies to complete structured projects and serves as a technical subject matter expert on assigned tasks.

* Independently applies actuarial methodologies to complete structured projects (e.g.)
* Builds tools to test and implement new methodologies that improve accuracy of actuarial analysis; utilizes model results to select new variables and refresh existing variables in a rating algorithm; analyzes results from multiple methodologies to propose reserve selections and documenting rationale).

* 2 years of actuarial or analytical business experience.
* 3 Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) exams.
* Experience with relevant actuarial, mathematical, and statistical techniques and approaches used to support fact-based decision-making.
* Intermediate knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, developing analysis queries and procedures in Python, R, SQL, SAS, BI tools or other analysis software, and relevant industry data & methods and ability to connect technical insights to business problems.

The Facilities Electrician inspects, installs, repairs, and maintains all of the electrical systems and equipment. This includes but not limited to: wiring, electrical fixtures, electric motors, motor controls, variable frequency drives, soft starters, programmable logic controls, pumps, lighting, generators and all levels of electrical distribution, transformers, and inverters.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment such as motors, etc.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and repair/correct the problem. Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
- Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
- Work from ladders, scaffold, Aerial Lifts and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

- At least 6-8 years of prior equivalent work experience.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Life Actuary to join the Life Company’s Asset Liability Management Team. This role coordinates, prepares, and performs actuarial analyses required to develop new products, project future results, reprice existing products, and/or determine financial strength.
This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site four days per week. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
What you'll do:
Performs complex work assignments utilizing actuarial modeling software driven models for pricing, valuation, and/or risk management.
Reviews laws and regulations to ensure all processes are compliant; and provides recommendations for improvements and monitors industry communications regarding potential changes to existing laws and regulations.
Runs models, generates reports, and presents recommendations and detailed analysis of all model runs to Actuarial Leadership.
May make recommendations for model adjustments and improvements, when appropriate.
Shares knowledge with team members and serves as a resource to team on escalated issues and navigates obstacles to deliver work product.
Leads or participates as a key resource on moderately complex projects through concept, planning, execution, and implementation phases with minimal guidance, involving cross functional actuarial areas.
Develops exhibits and reports that help explain proposals/findings and provides information in an understandable and usable format for stakeholders.
Identifies and provides recommended solutions to business problems independently, often presenting recommendation to leadership.
Maintains proper price level, price structure, data availability and other requirements to achieve profitability and competitive goals.
Identifies critical assumptions to monitor and suggest timely remedies to correct or prevent unfavorable trends.
Tests impact of assumptions by identifying sources of gain and loss, the appropriate premiums, interest margins, reserves, and cash values for profitability and viability of new and existing products.
Advises management on issues and serves as a primary resource for their individual team members on escalated issues.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Life Actuary to join the Life Company's Asset Liability Management Team. This role coordinates, prepares, and performs actuarial analyses required to develop new products, project future results, reprice existing products, and/or determine financial strength.
This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site four days per week. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
What you'll do:
- Performs complex work assignments utilizing actuarial modeling software driven models for pricing, valuation, and/or risk management.
- Reviews laws and regulations to ensure all processes are compliant; and provides recommendations for improvements and monitors industry communications regarding potential changes to existing laws and regulations.
- Runs models, generates reports, and presents recommendations and detailed analysis of all model runs to Actuarial Leadership.

- Tests impact of assumptions by identifying sources of gain and loss, the appropriate premiums, interest margins, reserves, and cash values for profitability and viability of new and existing products.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $127,310 - $236,250

The Logistics Manager at the customer center is responsible for coordinating supply chain activities to drive customer satisfaction and contribute to sustainable profitable growth within the organization. The mission is to design, implement, and optimize logistics processes, with a focus on improving delivery date transparency, managing inventory and returns, mitigating risks, and supporting order entry teams to achieve world-class logistics operations for Atlas Copco Compressors LLC.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Logistics Manager coordinates supply chain activities to enhance customer satisfaction and support sustainable profitable growth. This position collaborates with customers, other customer center functions, Regional Operations Managers, the Atlas Copco North American Service Center (NASC), the ACT! team (managing the SAP template), Distribution Centers, Production Companies, and Divisional HQ to achieve common local and global objectives, ensuring efficient, transparent, and resilient logistics processes.
Logistics
- Collaborate with Regional Operations Managers to oversee warehouse processes across four regional warehouses, including designing processes for expediting unused parts returns, conducting data analysis for optimal inventory levels, and inventory reduction initiatives.
- Oversee the process of updating the ERP system with accurate data to improve delivery date forecasts for customers and the sales team, accounting for variables such as transport times, shipping lanes, and port issues, in collaboration with the ACT! team.
- Coordinate with the NASC for transportation operations (managing 90% of inbound and outbound shipments) and liaise with their trade compliance team to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage order management functions, including supporting all order entry teams (those reporting to business line managers and the order desk reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, which handles the majority of orders), to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
- Oversee logistics operations for regional branches and service contracts, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, on-time delivery, return processing efficiency, and forecast accuracy; mitigate supply chain risks (e.g., port disruptions or supplier delays) through contingency planning and stakeholder collaboration.
- Support ad-hoc projects from management team like new sales process idea etc

Perks: Yearly maintenance appreciation week celebration Complimentary tickets for friends and family Discounts on food and park merchandise Full-time and part-time employee events and gatherings Responsibilities: Installs, repairs, adjusts, maintains, retrofits, and troubleshoots refrigerant controls, compressors, heat pumps, split systems, ductless splits, packaged units, electric motors, motor controls, commercial furnaces and related controls, water pumps, exhaust fans, unit heaters, economizers, humidifiers, capacity controls, sizes of air compressors and air dryers, and related accessories and controls, chillers, (reciprocating, screw and centrifugal), cooling towers, automation control systems, and all types of glycol systems.
Maintains accurate and up to date records and logs of all work performed.
Makes recommendations for improvements, modifications, upgrades and report findings to supervisor on a timely basis.
Assists with major overhauls, modifications, and alterations as required.
Ensures the safe operation of each work area and each work project.
Assists with general cleaning, inspection, and reassemble equipment as needed.
Assists in the maintenance of various other equipment, such as food preparation equipment, on an as needed or as assigned basis.
Maintains all required EPA documentation and follows all EPA and AQMD rules when working with refrigerants, oils, and other regulated chemicals.
Repairs and maintains various types of walk-in and reach-in coolers and freezers throughout the facility.
Interacts with and communicates with various groups and individuals, such as the immediate supervisor, other Park managers and staff, co-workers, guests, vendors, contractors, inspectors, etc.
Provides guest service according to Six Flags standards when serving the guest, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions, and giving directions.
Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Six Flags safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervisor.
Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
Meets Six Flags’s attendance requirements as outlined in Six Flags attendance policies.
Adheres to Six Flags’s code of conduct including costuming and grooming standards as outlined in employees’ Guidelines and other park/division specific policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Responsibilities Differentiation: Performs most kinds of HVAC required in the park: seeks guidance on most complex HVAC work.
Works well with customers and able to explain issues that may arise.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Proficient in most aspects of HVAC function.
Good verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex HVAC issues with customers in a way they understand.
Good judgment, decision making and problem solving skills.
Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Vocational training preferred.
License or Certification: Valid driver’s license.
Gas Fitter 1 license required in applicable states.
CFC recovery certification required in applicable states.
Canada: Trade license or equivalent depending on trade.
Experience: Typically requires 2-4 years of HVAC experience.
Refrigeration experience preferred.
Equivalency: Directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the above requirements.
