EHS Manager (Rio Rancho)
The EHS Manager will lead Environmental, Health, and Safety efforts for Castelion’s Rio Rancho, New Mexico facility, supporting solid rocket motor manufacturing, integration, and test operations. This role is responsible for building and managing site EHS programs to ensure safe operations and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced, high-hazard manufacturing environment.
The EHS Manager will play a key role in facility startup, commissioning, and ramp to production, partnering closely with operations, engineering, and leadership to embed safety and environmental stewardship across development and manufacturing. The ideal candidate brings experience in process safety, hazard analysis, and regulatory compliance in aerospace, manufacturing, energetics, or other high-consequence environments, and will also provide periodic EHS support to Castelion’s Midland, Texas test facility.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the EHS leader for the Rio Rancho facility, responsible for developing and managing site EHS programs, systems, and policies to ensure safe operations and regulatory compliance.
- Lead EHS planning and execution during facility startup, commissioning, and ramp to production, partnering with operations and engineering to integrate safety and environmental requirements into processes, equipment, and daily operations.
- Develop and maintain process safety and risk management programs, including hazard analyses (HAZOP, LOPA, FMEA) and risk assessments to identify and mitigate operational hazards.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ATF, NFPA, and applicable state and local regulations, including oversight of environmental programs such as hazardous waste, air emissions, stormwater management, and regulatory reporting.
- Implement and continuously improve safety programs through audits, inspections, training, and safety initiatives that strengthen operational discipline and safety culture.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis for safety or environmental events, implementing corrective and preventive actions and maintaining site emergency response plans and preparedness.
- Provide periodic EHS support to Castelion’s Midland, Texas facility, including audits, incident support, and program development as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting EHS and process safety programs in manufacturing, test, or other high-hazard operational environments.
- Experience implementing process safety management and hazard analysis techniques (HAZOP, LOPA, FMEA).
- Strong working knowledge ofOSHA, EPA, ATF, NFPA, and applicable state and local regulations.
- Experience leading incident investigations and corrective action programs.
- Hands-on experience developing and implementing EHS programs in manufacturing or test environments.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel periodically to support Midland, Texas operations.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Professional certification such as CSP, CIH, or similar.
- Experience supporting solid rocket motor manufacturing, propulsion systems, energetics, or explosive/high-energy material operations.
- Experience supporting facility startup, commissioning, or greenfield manufacturing site development.
- Familiarity with EHS management systems such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Experience applying continuous improvement and risk-based safety methodologies.

Director of Manufacturing
We’re seeking a Director of Manufacturing to lead our Rio Rancho based manufacturing operations — our modern “Arsenal of Democracy” — delivering hypersonic capability at scale to deter future conflicts. In this pivotal leadership role, you will build and lead a world‑class manufacturing operation, pushing for innovation and operational excellence that positions us as the nation’s premier hypersonic producer.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategy to scale all Rio Rancho based production including solid rocket motor manufacturing, integration, and test and validation (HITL/VITL) from prototype to scaled production
- Recruit, train/develop, and scale a diverse, high-performing 250+ employee manufacturing team (technicians, leaders, and manufacturing engineers)
- Support the implementation and refinement of production software systems and tools (MES, ERP, PLM, etc)
- Oversee day-to-day production and manufacturing operations — including production scheduling, capacity planning, resource allocation, inventory and supply-chain coordination, materials flow, and facility/equipment management
- Forecast and manage operational and capital expenditures.
- Develop, implement, and refine KPIs to measure performance.
- Lead continuous process development and improvement efforts to optimize yield, throughput, manufacturing cost, and production reliability across all production lines
- Establish and maintain a culture that prioritizes safety, quality, speed and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 10+ years in production/manufacturing operations or manufacturing engineering
- 5+ years in production/operations leadership
- Demonstrated success in scaling a production operation from development/prototype to high volume production
- Deep understanding of high-precision, complex aerospace hardware production — including metallic and composite fabrication, machining/welding/additive, tight-tolerance assembly, avionics, testing and acceptance, and NDE.
- Skilled at interpreting raw data, identifying trends or anomalies, and translating findings into clear, data-informed strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team — including production staff, manufacturing engineers, quality, supply-chain, and operations personnel — with emphasis on building culture, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills to interface with engineering, quality, supply-chain, leadership, and possibly external partners or customers.

- Strong background in manufacturing engineering practices, operations excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, process optimization, DFM/DFA, production flow and layout planning, tooling and automation)
- Deep knowledge of aerospace manufacturing standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., AS9100, NADCAP, applicable military/defense manufacturing standards), including quality management, audit readiness, compliance, and export-control/ITAR requirements
- Extensive leadership experience (10–15+ years) in aerospace, defense, or high-complexity manufacturing, including several years at the sr. manager or director level leading cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience with manufacturing or production of energetic materials or systems — including propellants, explosives, pyrotechnics, or related energetic payloads — with deep understanding of safety, process control, and qualification requirements

We’re hiring a fixed wing King Air 200 Pilot to provide medical air transportation services to our customers. This pilot will be qualified to fly our King Airplanes. Scheduled shifts run 7/7 and service day or night trips. Safety is a key pillar of our services; therefore, all of our pilots work on a quality, professional team that are committed to high safety standards for the crew and our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Pilot will work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
- Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and company requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties.
- Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and record keeping for shifts, load manifests, etc.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with both air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
- Provide shift change info to transitioning pilot and team and follows protocols for recording company change board details.
- Pilots are accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing ground and air training.
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Commercial Airplane Multi Engine Land (C-AMEL) Required.
- Must be willing and able to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment.
- The ideal candidate will have single pilot IFR experience.
- Ability to provide logbooks listing all flight dates and corresponding hours, along with a cumulative total that substantiates the time reported on the resume.
- Previous medevac and/or cargo experience preferred.
- Valid and unexpired driver's license.

Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of real-time embedded software, application software, and tools, to include development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systems.
Design, code, test, integrate, and document software solutions.
Participate in internal review of software components and systems.
Collaborate with project managers and other professionals within Engineering.
Work on problems with defined scope, schedule, and expectations.
Follow established development practices and processes to maintain the configuration management of software products.

Job Summary
The Guidance Electronics Team provides Electrical Systems Engineering to develop Guidance Electronics solutions for products across the Raytheon Missiles and Defense (RMD) portfolio. Our team develops missile Guidance Electronics Hardware. Our core electrical engineering responsibilities include architecture, analysis, requirements, integration, and test. Our core electrical engineering technologies include RF/RADAR, Navigation/IMU/GPS, Digital, and Power. We partner with several Electrical Product Team departments that provide the detailed design of our electrical products as well as missile level systems teams.
The Guidance Electronics Team is searching for a Senior GPS Subsystems Engineer with experience in GPS technology. The role of the GPS Subsystems Engineer is to provide GPS electronics solution for missile products. GPS electronics solution includes architecture development, requirement definition, electronics design, analysis, modelling and testing. GPS Subsystem Engineer collaborates with missile level system engineers in developing requirements for the subsystem. They perform analysis and modeling to decompose requirements for GPS sub-assemblies and component designs.
What You Will Do
Work environment is primarily in an office, but may include labs, field work, or a combination.
Assignments may include analysis of hardware designs, subsystems, and components; architecting new electronic systems; developing and documenting subsystem requirements and test plans; peer reviews of designs as a subject matter expert; presentations to peers, management, and government customers; and root-cause failure investigations.
Interface directly with suppliers of navigation or guidance electronics components, IMUs and GPSs, to monitor and manage programmatic activities and ensure compliance to requirements

Missile Radar and RF seeker subsystems typically contain antennas, analog RF circuit cards, digital circuit cards, and configurable logic so the ideal candidate will have a background in detailed design and troubleshooting of one or more of these components. Ideal candidates will also have some experience in systems engineering and architecture and have a desire to grow into a guidance section architect.
Ideal candidates shall also have demonstrated understanding and wide application of technical theories and concepts in the area of navigation subsystems/components used in modern guidance electronics platforms
Recent technical experience relative to integrated Guidance Electronics systems using GPS and IMU navigation subsystems blended via Kalman filter techniques
Knowledge and/or experience with M-Code
Familiarity with Matlab scripting and tools
Experience with hardware integration, Hardware in the Loop (HIL), modeling and simulation and environmental testing and electronics test equipment
Experience working with missiles or similar systems.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Ability to drive suppliers in meeting commitments.
Knowledge of DOD Hardware development process (knowledge of design gates).
Practical experience in all phases of the product development lifecycle.
Experience in developing proposals.
