We are seeking a high-performing Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technical and new product development (NPD) projects within a global technology environment. This role is responsible for driving projects from concept through launch while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional engineering, product, and business teams to manage project plans, track milestones, mitigate risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product development, and operations to successfully deliver complex technical projects.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and work breakdown structures.
- Drive projects through the New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI) Phase-Gate process from concept through launch.

Required Skills/Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or product development leadership.
- Experience managing projects within New Product Development (NPD) or NPDI phase-gate frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and change management.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is preferred.

The Role We Want You For
As a Project Superintendent with SEI, you will be based on the construction project site. - 8+ years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Ability to supervise construction employees and subcontractors to accomplish work within budget and schedule constraints.
- Experience in industrial projects such as manufacturing facilities, power plants, refineries.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial construction processes, heavy equipment operation, and structural systems.
- Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to travel or relocate to jobsite.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manufacturing Engineer & Tool Room Supervisor to lead key manufacturing engineering initiatives while overseeing the daily operations of the Tool Room. This dual-role position is critical in driving process improvements, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring the timely delivery of precision tooling, gages and fixtures to support production. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, hands-on leadership, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This individual will play a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing processes, supervising toolmakers and technicians, and ensuring seamless collaboration across engineering, maintenance, and production teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define the process operations, and correct sequencing of these operations, to support the manufacture of quality mechanical components and assemblies.
- Design and develop fixtures, tooling, and gages using Solidworks as the primary CAD system, using best practices including DFM, DFA, DTC and stack analysis. May include the design and development of engineering and production test fixtures. A portion of this effort will require a working knowledge of AutoCad.
- Define the product configuration and part geometry in fully dimensioned 2-D drawings directly linked to 3-D files for each manufacturing operation. A solid understanding of GD&T is a must.
- Manage Bill of Materials, including a full definition of material selection and raw material configuration.
- Ensure proper documentation of design revisions for the full Technical Data Package including CAD, BOM, engineering masters, routings, etc.
- Initiate and participate in cross-functional design reviews to ensure new designs are optimized for manufacturability. Support the development and execution of project timelines.
- Provide technical input to Applications Engineering in support of process improvements to streamline the process from Design to finish product.
- Provide manufacturing floor support processing issues and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work within a team that specifies, evaluates, justifies, and implements capital equipment projects throughout the plants and to continuously strive to evaluate technology as to its application at providing the most efficient process.
- Create Purchase Requisitions for fixture components, materials, special tools and materials requested by Tool Room personnel.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Under limited supervision, designs, fabricates, repairs, and improves tools, jigs, fixtures, simple molds, gauges and dies to the tolerances required for the intended manufacturing processes.
- Must be able to work from engineering drawings, sketches, or other written or oral instructions as well as tool design drawings.
- Maintain, Tooling, Fixturing, Materials, CNC programs in a systematic way to ensure proper execution of processes.
- Participate with planning and purchasing departments to determine internal & external workload capacity.
- Ensure machining tasks are executed in the most effective manner (manual vs. CNC) regarding time, cost, and function.
- Ensure internal quality checks are conducted prior to shipment.
- Assures work areas are organized, clean and hazard free; champions 5S practices.
- Follow up with internal customers regarding toolroom services.
- Responsible for managing the time and attendance system: audits timecards daily, manage PTO for toolroom employees and addresses violations in a timely manner to assure efficient and productive operations.
- Responsible for employee safety. Immediately report any safety concerns to the manager and to EH&S as needed.
- Provide leadership for employee relations through effective communication, coaching, training, and development.
- Implement long-term direct reports/organization plan to increase overall department responsiveness
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong desire to use and develop program solutions to automate CAD/CAM processes.
- Knowledge of CAD / CAM software. Solidworks & Mastercam preferred.
- Experience in using 3D-model-centric computer aided manufacturing (CAM) principles and the associated techniques to analyze the CAD models as they relate to manufacturability. This includes utilizing the 3D-model to create toolpaths for CNC programming.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T.
- Must be organized and maintain accurate and neat records and files.
- Knowledge of common problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies.
- Experience with MRP Visual system.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Competent in developing systematic solutions.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
- Engineering Degree is a plus.

The Electrical Estimator participates in all aspects of the preconstruction process for Electrical systems to develop accurate, detailed cost estimates with a focus on heavy/advanced manufacturing, industrial, and mission critical projects. In this role, you will be expected to interact with engineers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, a multi-discipline estimating team, project supervision, and field personnel.
The Specifics of the Role
- Periodically attend pre-bid meetings to become familiar with unique project requirements and analyze existing site conditions to determine required scope not already indicated.
- Review and interpret project documents (drawings, specifications, one-lines, equipment and cable schedules, site layouts, power distribution plans, etc.) to determine job-specific material, equipment, and labor requirements for scope development.
- Assist in preparing written scopes of work for subcontracts and suppliers and coordinate electrical scopes with the work of other trades (e.g., civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, process, etc.).
- Participate in pre-proposal design coordination meetings to support the development of pricing documents for conceptual and schematic estimates.
- Perform quantity surveys of electrical systems and components (power distribution, switchgear, MCCs, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, controls, etc.) using digitized software and apply industry standard labor rates to develop accurate cost estimates.
- Evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals for conformance with requirements; level scopes and identify low-cost/best-value responses while clearly documenting assumptions, inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications.
- Assist in the preparation of estimates used for bidding and budgeting purposes (including self-performed work); participate in internal estimate review processes and assist with final recap of estimates for presentation to senior management.
- Support project management tasks including budgeting, schedule development, interim design review, change order pricing, procurement, value engineering, and vendor selection based on proposal development.
- Coordinate with project teams to evaluate productivity for historical data tracking and schedule/cost forecasting.
- Perform quantity surveys of completed designs and/or past projects to support historical cost database development and benchmarking.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or a combination of education (including trade schools) and professional experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in construction with 1+ years’ experience estimating electrical systems (power, controls, and related infrastructure).

How You'll Contribute:
The AV Installation and Support Services Technician is responsible for the installation, termination, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of low-voltage cabling systems, including voice, data, and video.
Assigned to Client and works full time from onsite location responsible for Installation and then maintaining the system after installation. Will conduct Preventive Maintenance and will assist with Service Tickets as needed. Will work with REMOTE support to troubleshoot Service Tickets as required.
This role ensures all work complies with industry standards and client requirements, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. Technician will work onsite and will be responsible for preventive maintenance of the systems and will work with remote service technicians to address service tickets as needed.
What You'll Do:
- Install, terminate, and test copper and fiber optic cabling for voice, data, and video systems.
- Interpret blueprints, floor plans, and wiring diagrams to determine cabling requirements and optimal routing.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on structured cabling systems and related hardware.
- Ensure all installations comply with relevant standards.
- Document all work performed, including test results and as-built drawings using BlueBeam.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure successful project completion.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized work environment.
- Provide technical support and guidance as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices and standards.
- Oversee all on-site activity on the active project job site and address any issues necessary to achieve quality and timeline standards
- Oversee all field operations and report progress, status and issues.
- Supervises the physical installation of a wide variety of technology into a wide variety of locations
- Maintains all quality control on jobsite, checking all work from subcontractors and union trades. Managing any discrepancies in our standards
- Able to read and understand functional design drawings and cable riser diagrams
- Able to complete assignments in accordance with or better than established task durations as well as estimate task durations to meet assigned deadlines. Provides daily feedback to Manager
- Able to build and wire custom panels from engineering drawings
- Advanced Fiber optic cable handling, installation termination and testing
- Responsible for tracking and maintaining toolkits, job material boxes, company vehicles and materials inventories. Keep clean, orderly and well documented
- Responsible for tracking and maintaining their personal licenses, certifications and qualifications. (Some states have specific requirements in this area)
- Maintain daily record of time worked on specific projects for timesheet entry. Maintain an activity log and a personnel log for skills to report on recommended improvements.
- Conduct routine Preventative Maintenance and logs as required.
- Work with Remote support for service tickets that require escalation.
Complexity:
This level of technician will be responsible for performing tasks on clients' jobsites with no supervision. This position is responsible for the coordination with clients, contractors and subcontractors. This position will be the key and only field technician in many situations and will be responsible for delegating work, working with remote support, and communicating with key stakeholders on behalf of the company. Requires maintaining quality control on all field work. This position requires the highest level of technical and people skills along with great communication skills.
Decision Making Authority:
This position is often alone on the job sites and requires making good judgement about decisions that need to be made. In general, the service manager, project manager and supervisor are available to answer questions, but this position is very independent and will be looked upon to make many onsite decisions on behalf of the service manager and company. This position requires good diplomacy in working with our clients and other key stakeholders on the job sites.
Physical Working Environment:
- Work is performed in commercial, industrial, and construction environments.
- May require working in confined spaces, on ladders, lifts, or at heights.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions and construction site hazards.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that may be met by an employee. The employee may be exposed to construction site conditions on a regular basis.
Employee will be responsible for their safety while on job sites and comply with all safety regulations in place by the client and Diversified. Use of PPE could be required on job sites. The employee can typically spend at least 60% of their time on their feet and be required to be mobile around the client site. The employee must have the ability to occasionally climb ladders, use stairs and lift and/or move materials up to 50 pounds in construction areas.
The individual is regularly required to use keyboards, test equipment and controls required for installation projects. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth vision. When not on construction sites, the employee will experience normal office conditions and be required to use office equipment such as computers, peripherals, etc.
Travel:
Travel by car and occasional airplane trips are required. Employee must possess a valid driver's license in their state of residence. Employee must possess a valid Passport for entry onto client site. Employee will be required to use their own vehicle and will be reimbursed for mileage at the current corporate rate. Occasional travel by airplane for out-of-town projects is required.
Safety:
Maintain and wear appropriate PPE as the job and tasks require it.
Ensure hazards are addressed and rectified in a timely manner.

- Additional certifications from recognized structured cabling governing bodies are a plus.

In this role, you will own our client's enterprise reporting platform—designing robust Power BI solutions, managing shared data models, and ensuring the reporting environment remains secure, scalable, and high-performing.
You will also own our client's enterprise reporting standards and governance framework, ensuring reporting across all departments is consistent, trusted, and aligned with best practices.
