Role Overview
The Advertising & Optimization Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth through on-site and off-site digital advertising across PSi’s ecommerce ecosystem. This role owns strategy, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of paid media investments across platforms including Amazon, Target, Walmart, and emerging channels.
In addition to campaign execution, this role plays a critical insights and storytelling function, translating performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for internal teams and PSi’s brand partners.
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Advertising & PPC
- Own on-site advertising strategy across Amazon, Target, Walmart, and other retail media networks
- Manage budgets, bids, and campaign structures to maximize ROAS, efficiency, and profitability
- Optimize campaigns across sponsored products, brands, display, and emerging ad formats
- Partner with brand partners and internal PSi stakeholders to align advertising with launches, inventory, pricing, and promotional plans
Off-Site Advertising & Demand Generation
- Develop and execute off-site advertising strategies to drive awareness, traffic, and engagement
- Manage influencer, paid social, digital media, and performance-based campaigns
- Evaluate channel mix, audience targeting, and attribution to drive incremental growth
Marketing Analytics & Performance Insights
- Leverage marketing analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness across channels and the full funnel
- Analyze KPIs including ROAS, TACoS, conversion rate, CPC, impression share, and incremental lift
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks across brands, categories, and platforms
- Use data to inform optimization strategies, budget allocation, and growth recommendations
Brand Partner Recaps & Reporting
- Develop clear, concise campaign recaps for brand partners on a recurring basis
- Translate complex performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Support brand-facing conversations with performance reviews, testing results, and forward-looking plans
- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment between advertising strategy and brand objectives
Tools, Testing & Optimization
- Leverage best-in-class ecommerce and advertising tools to drive insights-based decision-making
- Conduct ongoing testing across keywords, creatives, audiences, and media formats
- Stay current on platform updates, new ad products, and emerging best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–7+ years of experience in ecommerce advertising, digital marketing, or performance marketing

Compensation
- Compensation: Providers are compensated based on a percentage of the revenue they generate through billing and collections. Actual earnings vary based on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance. The Subscription Data Operations Lead will join the Sunscription team and play a critical role in supporting contract execution, allocation accuracy, and financial closings by serving as the central owner of subscription data and documentation.
Position Description
The Subscription Data Operations Lead serves as the primary data input and coordination point for community solar subscriptions. This role owns the accuracy and flow of information across allocation spreadsheets, executed contracts, utility documentation, and internal systems.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner of subscription data across allocation spreadsheets, contracts, utility documentation, and internal platforms.

- Ensure consistency and accuracy between modeled allocations, executed agreements, and utility records through regular validation and reconciliation.
- Administer the execution and recording of commercial subscription agreements and associated costs to support long term contract management, cost, and revenue tracking.

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.

We are now looking for a Senior Human Factors Engineer to lead and elevate human factors strategy across some of IDE's most complex and strategically important MedTech programs.
The Role
As a Senior Human Factors Engineer at IDE, you will lead end-to-end human factors and user research strategy across medical device development programs spanning early discovery through to validation and regulatory submission.
You will work directly with client leadership teams, IDE project leaders, and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure products are safe, intuitive, clinically meaningful and commercially viable.
This is not a support role. You will be accountable for human factors vision, execution quality, regulatory alignment and team leadership across multiple concurrent programs.
You will typically be responsible for:
- Leading human factors engineering strategy from early generative research through formative studies and summative validation
- Planning and conducting ethnographic research, contextual inquiry and stakeholder insights to define meaningful user needs
- Translating research into requirements, opportunity areas and measurable usability objectives
- Performing workflow analysis, task analysis and use-related risk analysis (URRA)
- Designing, planning and executing formative and summative usability studies, including protocol development and reporting
- Ensuring alignment with global regulatory expectations (IEC 62366-1, ISO 14971, ISO 60601 and related standards)
- Working cross-functionally with systems, software, hardware, quality and regulatory teams to embed sound human factors principles into product architecture
- Defining appropriate processes, methods and quality standards for program deliverables

Who this role is for
This role is designed for someone who is already operating at senior level in human factors or usability engineering within regulated product development and is ready to lead strategy, clients and teams.
You will likely have:
- A degree in Design, Human Factors Engineering or a related discipline
- 5+ years of human factors/usability engineering experience in medical devices or other regulated industries
- Deep experience across the full product lifecycle — from generative research through validation testing
- Demonstrated experience applying IEC 62366-1, ISO 14971 and related medical device standards
- A strong track record of authoring and executing Human Factors Engineering plans
- Experience conducting ethnographic research, task analysis, user error analysis and validation studies
- Confidence leading cross-functional teams and influencing engineering and regulatory decision-making
- Strong client presence and the ability to represent human factors strategy in executive-level discussions
- Experience mentoring, coaching and growing technical team members
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
