The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving producibility and manufacturing excellence through detailed drawing reviews, process analysis, and engineering release activities.
This role requires a proactive individual who can develop work instructions, lead root cause and corrective action (RCCA) efforts, and support production and supply chain operations. The candidate will also contribute to tooling and equipment development, lean manufacturing initiatives, and project management to ensure efficient and cost-effective production. This position will be 100% onsite in Tukwila, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
* Review drawings and perform producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturability and process capability.
* Manage engineering release processes and develop work instructions to support production readiness.
* Lead Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts to resolve production issues affecting performance, cost, or schedule.
* Drive process automation and implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
* Provide production and supply chain support to optimize workflows and material availability.
* Design and develop tooling and equipment to meet manufacturing needs.
* Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across disciplines and maintain program architecture.
