Job Summary:

Minimum qualifications:

This role is intended for our Essex Junction site Fab 9, a 200mm semiconductor manufacturing facility. This is a night shift position. As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for monitoring, sustaining, and improving the equipment and/or processes in the assigned area, while working in partnership with production team members and area engineers. Maintenance Technicians monitor equipment performance, schedule, perform preventative and corrective maintenance on assigned tool sets, and use mechanical, electronic and PC/software skills to troubleshoot and resolve equipment related issues. Concise communication of updates on the status of equipment and area to the Lead Tech and/or Engineer is a vital part of the job.

Essential Responsibilities

We support families through pregnancy, postpartum and the early childhood years until age 6 in families without medical concerns and up to age 18 in families with children who have medical conditions requiring skilled nursing care. Our nurses and family support workers focus on prevention and early intervention, collaborating with numerous community service providers, identifying and addressing developmental challenges and/or psycho-social concerns.
We offer individualized self-care and parenting assessment, education and support; childbirth preparation and lactation support; developmental and play support to maximize each family's physical, social and emotional strengths. We provide skilled nursing services for pregnant/postpartum people with higher risk pregnancies due to medical, psychiatric and/or substance use disorder diagnoses; children up to 18 years of age with a medical diagnosis, including emotional adjustment support to children, their families and their care providers.
Our full-time positions are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, which is amazing schedule for parents or those who want work/life balance. There is one rotating on-call weekend day every 4-5 weeks.
Minimum Requirements:
- One to two years of obstetrical nursing experience, experience with assessing patients throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
- Child health nursing experience preferred.
- Human services experience such as collaboration with community providers, service and care coordination.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Master Production Scheduler is a senior analytical planning role at Hazelett, responsible for engineering a master schedule that maximizes both operational throughput and revenue predictability. This position plays a critical role in aligning customer demand, manufacturing capacity, material availability, and resource constraints to ensure on-time delivery, efficient production flow, and adherence to quality standards.

The Master Production Scheduler serves as a key liaison between Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Sales, providing leadership and direction to production planning activities, revenue predictability, and driving schedule stability across the organization.


WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Develop, own, and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS), translating customer demand, forecasts, and backlog into executable production plans.
  • Balance demand, capacity, labor, and material constraints to ensure feasible and optimized production schedules.
  • Lead short-term and long-term production planning activities, including scenario planning and schedule risk mitigation.
  • Analyze material availability, lead times, and inventory levels to support schedule integrity and on-time customer delivery.
  • Identify capacity constraints, material shortages, or schedule conflicts and develop contingency plans in collaboration with cross functional teams.
  • Drive schedule adherence by monitoring execution, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Purchasing to support MRP accuracy and ensure timely material availability.
  • Communicate production priorities, schedule changes, and risks clearly to Manufacturing, Engineering, and Leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
