A Senior Test Engineer job in Miramar, FL 33027 is currently available through Belcan at one of our key aerospace clients. This is a four‑month contract role with the potential to convert to a direct hire. To be considered for this role the candidate will need to have 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Description

The Test Design Engineer is responsible for creating and performing test automation activities consistent with the test lead and test development goals/objectives. This role requires knowledge/experience with automated test software, manufacturing test environment and the ability to interpret test requirements, implement requirement-based test methodologies and trouble shoot & debug test and product issues. Experience with FAA Part 145 in an MRO environment highly desired.

Job Duties:

Specific duties will include:

SW/HW debug, troubleshoot, upgrade and maintain product automated test equipment.

Requirements Analysis/Review for test-ability

Test procedure development, implementation, execution and failure root cause analysis.

Test planning and preparation.

Assess System performance against requirements

Develop code in Veristand, Teststand, LabVIEW to implement test GUIs, drivers and test requirements.

Perform verification and validation testing on developed Automated Test Equipment (ATE).

Perform sub-system testing from bench level CCA functional testing to system level burn in testing against an ATP/QTP.

Develop and refine system and board level test cases and procedures.

Trouble shoot subsystem and system level failures to root cause.

Design test fixtures & cables to enable testing.

Perform verification and validation testing on developed Automated Test Equipment (ATE).

Bench test CCAs and test electronic sub-assemblies and rack based test systems (instruments, cables and interfaces).

Trouble shoot subsystem and system level failures to root cause.

Gather, configure and use appropriate test equipment to perform task - Power supplies, DVM, Oscilloscope, electronic loads, custom cables, etc.

Interpret test requirements and electrical test results.

Read electrical schematics.

Compensation:

This is a highly responsible position that supports the health, safety and welfare of Tribal members and the public. The incumbent in this position is responsible for managing the regulation and inspection of building construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing installations and directing compliance and enforcement of all related federal, state and local ordinances of the Seminole Tribe of Florida (STOF). Work involves technical review of all types of construction drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with applicable codes and ordinances. The individual works closely with the Director of the Tribal Inspector’s Department to support all departmental programs and initiatives, including but not limited to the development of the departmental budget and strategic plans, development of building inspections processes and programs, evaluation and improvement of service delivery systems, and administration of the Tribe’s Unsafe Structures Ordinance Program. The incumbent may attend Tribal Council meetings or other community meetings and works with all necessary stakeholders to resolve complaints, address concerns, or solve problems as needed. POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure construction projects are delivered on time and within budget. Education

Technical Skills

As a member of the Telephony and Contact Center Technologies team, you will design, engineer, implement, and support Securian's enterprise telephony and contact center platforms. This role is focused on delivering secure, scalable, cloud-first communication solutions using RingCentral, NiCE CXone, and Cyara.

You will work closely with Contact Center Operations, Agile delivery teams, and technology partners to continuously improve customer and associate experiences across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Design, engineer, implement, and support enterprise UCaaS and CCaaS platforms

• Provide daily operational support for cloud-based telephony, unified communications, SIP services, and IVR solutions

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience engineering and supporting cloud-based telephony or contact center platforms

• Strong understanding of VoIP technologies, SIP, and call routing concepts

• RingCentral and RingCentral Contact Center engineering

• NiCE inContact / CXone administration and development

• Cyara or similar modern telephony orchestration platforms

• Experience designing and supporting UCaaS and CCaaS (including IVRs and contact center workflows) solutions in large enterprise environments

• Solid knowledge of networking concepts related to real-time communications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supporting remote contact center agents

• REST API integrations and automation

• Scripting using PowerShell or Python

• Workforce management, call recording, or speech technologies

• PSTN carrier and phone number lifecycle management

This role plays a critical part in modernizing Securian's communication platforms and ensuring reliable, scalable experiences for customers and associates. You will have the opportunity to influence technical direction and deliver compelling solutions that matter.
