About the Role

We’re seeking a Quality Manager to lead daily quality operations and ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards. In this role, you’ll manage a team of quality professionals, oversee inspection and testing processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and aerospace or regulated industry standards.
  • Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (SPC, FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis, DMAIC).
  • Experience with audits, QMS documentation, and supplier quality programs.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
