Responsibilities:

• Performs analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of non conformance notifications and to verify or validate compliance with Quality Management System requirements, applicable company procedures, contract requirements, or government regulations.
• Verify and take actions required to confirm customer contractual requirements are met for dispositioning and reviewing non conformances as a delegated member of the Material Review Board (MRB) such as requirements for corrective action, structurally and functionally.
• Use as is dispositions, acceptable rework/repair, and suspected delivered discrepancies.
• Monitor/Audit MRB crib inventory records and ensure actions are taken by crib owners to ensure compliance.
• Monitor and maintain quality notification records to prevent aging.

Qualifications:

5+ years of MRB stamping authority experience on Boeing platforms. Familiar with Boeing processes and specifications is a plus. General knowledge on reading stress reports.

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.

Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.

Position Summary:

The Senior VDC Specialist serves as a technical lead within the VDC division, responsible for establishing, documenting, and upholding VDC standards across projects. They actively integrate Autodesk and compatible BIM tools to optimize workflows, driving efficiency and consistency in project delivery. By building and maintaining industry partnerships and collaborating with PEC’s internal development team, the Senior VDC Specialist supports API deployment, automation, and other technology-driven improvements. Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a versatile and team-oriented Structural Project Engineer in our Structural Team, ideally located in the Syracuse or Albany, NY area, or at our Endwell, NY office. Candidates located outside the designated office locations may qualify for full remote work, subject to company policy. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. A PE is also required. Experience should include structural analysis, design, and detailing for concrete, steel, and aluminum structures. Experience with cable design is preferred.

The primary duties associated with this position include:

• The candidate should be proficient with the International Building Code (IBC); ASCE-7; ACI 318; ADM-2020; and AISC.
• Performing challenging 3-dimensional structural analyses and designs for a wide variety of clients using various state-of-the-art design software, including RISA 3D, SAP, RAM, and RISA Foundation.
• Responsible for serving as lead project engineer, i.e., taking responsibility for developing design, preparing detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT, and specifications. This includes coordinating the work of junior team members and amongst other trades.
• Solving engineering problems using experience, judgment, and education and knowing when to ask for assistance when required.
