Responsibilities:

• Review drawings, specifications, and pre-bid information to define project scope and pricing requirements
• Prepare detailed trade scopes of work and supporting documentation for internal review
• Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure accuracy, alignment, and competitiveness
• Develop pricing alternatives and recommend best-value solutions based on cost, quality, constructability, and materials
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Support project teams after award, including pricing change orders and assisting with contract-related issues
• Collaborate with the proposal coordinator to assemble complete proposals, including schedules, narratives, and organizational charts
• Develop conceptual estimates and proposals to support business development efforts
• Negotiate and issue subcontracts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
• 7+ years of estimating experience in commercial or civil construction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with preconstruction and estimating software
• Strong knowledge of estimating methodologies, cost control, and conceptual estimating
• Ability to develop accurate, well-organized proposals with minimal supervision
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to remember and explain inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong sales pipeline and achieve agreed sales targets
• Generate leads and conduct product demo
• Prepare sales proposals, discuss and negotiate with prospects, and prepare/facilitate account creation and contracts
• Update SFDC, prepare and present forecasts and sales reports to senior management on a regular basis
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term loyalty and trust
• Collaborate with the marketing team to help develop and execute effective sales campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities

Construction Manager – Owner’s Representative
