What we're looking for in a leader:

JOB SUMMARY
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Working under general technical guidance, a Construction Technician must have knowledge of skilled trades (i.e.
electrical, structural, carpentry and / or plumbing assemblies) with preference given to those with a higher skill level in heavy equipment and mechanics.
The technician will be performing work such as installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, modifying, construction and testing.
Employees will be responsible for performing the following functions/duties: Performs electrical, HVAC and / or carpentry work in the construction, maintenance, repair, remodeling and alteration of building structures and facilities according to work orders or verbal instructions by using hand and power tools to install and repair systems, buildings and associated structures Examine blueprints, drawings, layouts or other specifications to locate and diagnose / troubleshoot faults / issues Practices preventative maintenance of tools and equipment by performing spot checks of equipment to determine their working condition, oiling moving parts, cleaning and servicing tools and equipment as directed or specified in the operator's manual and returning damaged tools and equipment for repair or replacement Always comply with codes and customer requirements Assist, instruct and/or provide work directions to lower-level technicians Perform other job-related duties, as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE Education and/or training in electronics or other applicable fields from an accredited college, technical school, or equivalent military and three years of hands-on experience are required for this position.
