Unit Description:
Provides professional nursing care to patients in varying state of health and illness by assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing plan of care. The Staff Nurse II functions as an essential member of nursing and multidisciplinary teams, providing direct patient care, instruction, and preparation for continuing care during and following care transitions. May take charge as operational need allows.
This position will be supporting our cardiac rehab program with our Phase 2 and 3 patient population. This position will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team of exercise physiologists, physical therapists and other staff nurses. This role will support case management and exercise tolerance testing within cardiac rehab.

Unit Description: THIS POSITION IS PER DIEM AND DOES NOT HAVE SET SCHEDULED HOURS. Our home dialysis training site supports Peritoneal Dialysis and Home Hemodialysis modalities. The home program staff provides dialysis training and can discuss dialysis options, schedule consults, and answer questions concerning home dialysis treatment or supplies. Job Description: The role of the registered nurse in ambulatory primary care is the engine and heart of patient care as it has a primary focus referred to as telephone triage which is managing a patient's call to the office to determine the urgency of the medical issues, the level of staff or provider response required the appropriate location if the patient needs to be seen, and the timing of appointment scheduling. MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Flex Houseparents eventually transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where they live and work with the same group of students in their own student home.

Qualifications include:
