As the Regional Quality & Benchmarking Specialist, you will build and implement quality systems for Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME). You will guide field teams in creating effective decision-making tools for site managers, evaluate Fulfillment Center RME performance, and implement best practices to improve reliability metrics year over year. Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the organization's reliability strategy, contributing to the 3-year forward (3YF) plan that drives network-wide RME excellence. Interface directly with field operations to lead sprint cycles, network Daily Business Reviews (DBRs), Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).
Establish a forward-looking, risk-based framework to help site leaders prioritize work based on asset failure probability. Partner with central reliability teams to develop tools, processes, and automation for tracking audit mechanisms and parts management across the network.
Define RME standard work for maintenance procedure quality, timing, and structure for all sites and providers. Conduct regular field audits to validate adherence to best practices across all RME scope.
Champion network-wide Continuous Improvement initiatives while identifying and validating company-wide Program Management processes that meet the highest safety and effectiveness standards.
Serve as a senior quality engineer on a high-performing team that defines and audits maintenance execution quality. Shape the 3-5 year RME Quality strategic vision, establish long-term roadmaps, build optimal team dynamics, and deliver innovative, scalable testing solutions and programs.
Travel domestically up to 20%.- 5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience
- 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience
- Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
- 5+ years of program or project Management experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field
- Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
