How You'll Contribute:
A Media Sr Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from Initiation through Closing phases. However, the PM depends on the help of other people to perform most of the actual activities of the project. A project manager's role is primarily focused around written and verbal communication to all project stakeholders. The PM is responsible for overseeing and performing project management functions on all Broadcast projects, budgets, and scopes. The SPM will act as the person responsible for their assigned projects and have direct control over all project activities. Daily activities include project communications, scheduling, task lists for team participants, managing deliverables from the consulting team, and overseeing the completion of projects. The PM is responsible for completing consulting projects on time, on budget and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction from our customers. Most of this employee's time will be spent managing projects and communicating with all project stakeholders. This person will be helping to constantly improve the established Diversified processes. As the primary interface to the client, the project manager develops a strong long-term relationship. They manage the client relationship, including expectations, communications, and satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Provides clear leadership and ownership for the project within Diversified, including accurate and timely verbal and written communication and follow up.
- Coordinates all activities associated with the timely, accurate and on-budget completion of the project, including engaging stakeholders, delegating responsibilities clearly and running client and internal project meetings.
- Provides support and assistance to team members as needed in order help them be successful and get the job done.
- Ensures appropriate and frequent communication between stakeholders.
- Resolves destructive conflict.
- Designs, plans, and coordinates work teams regarding Media and Entertainment's consulting projects
- Assumes ownership of individual projects and assignments
- Establishes and maintains communication with Account Executives, Directors, internal and external consultants and subject matter experts, clients, etc.
- Develops and communicates project updates as required.
- Provides constant monitoring of labor budgets.
- Provides and/or directs technical and administrative support to project team members. Develops and maintains all related project schedules.
- Coordinates all deliverable documentation between all internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate and directs document reviews to assure proper documentation is delivered to the client. Provides punch-list of remaining tasks after substantial completion.
- Contracts with contractors when necessary.
- Monitors status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
- Ensure quality and continuous improvement.
- Coordinates transition of projects to later phase project teams.
Complexity:
Every project is different, and project stakeholders are different. The SPM needs to negotiate a very complex set of variables between discovery, analysis, conceptual design, and a widely varying set of expectations with multiple stakeholders. The skill of communicating both verbally and in writing to manage all these variables takes a very high level of awareness, emotional intelligence, and people management skills. The PM is constantly managing the forces of change in every project environment. Balancing schedules, budgets, scope, quality, and client satisfaction are a very complex set of variables.
Decision Making Authority:
- Takes full ownership of project
- Acts as the single point of responsibility and accountability for the project.
- Ensures schedule performance, quality of solution delivered to client, and client satisfaction.
- Manages and reports on the project's financials, including ensuring budget performance and profitability. Ensure timely and correct billings to client.
- Demonstrates proactivity, responsiveness, and follow through.
- Communicates decision options to stakeholders and manages those decisions.
- Manages a complex array of decisions at every point of the project but is rarely the sole decision maker.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that may be met by an employee. The employee will experience normal office conditions and be required to use office equipment such as computers, peripherals, etc.
Travel:
Some travel by car and occasional airplane trips should be expected as much of our consulting work is conducted remotely with occasional in-person meetings. Employee must possess a valid driver's license in their state of residence. Employee will be required to use their own vehicle and will be reimbursed for mileage at the current corporate rate. 10% remote travel is not unusual.
Safety:
When meeting a client in person, Diversified requires PMs to ensure the team is conducting themselves in a safe manner and adheres to our site visit requirements. This may include:
- Maintain and wear appropriate PPE as the job and tasks require it.
- Ensure hazards are addressed and rectified in a timely manner.
- Participate in incident investigations and reporting.
- Conduct safety walk-throughs on project sites.
- Prepare safety paperwork as needed including but not limited to JSA, and Site safety Plans.
What do we require from you?
Education/Certifications:
- A PMP certification from the Project Management Institute is desired.
- Other relevant certifications may be required or preferred based on the technology focus of the position. This includes Certified Scrum Master (CSM), demonstrated knowledge of Agile project management, software project management, program management, organizational change, management, and possibly cloud technologies.
Required/Desired Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager in media technology projects, especially in consulting.
- Knowledgeable of broadcast operations and technologies.

- Demonstrated knowledge of broadcast technology, equipment, facilities, and production systems used in the Media and Entertainment / Broadcast industry. Formats include high-definition, UHD and HDR video systems deployed using analog, SDI and SMPTE 2110 IP transport protocols.
- Understanding of TCP/IP routing, ACL's, QoS, VLAN's and Wireless Access Points.
- Certified Scrum Master = a definite plus.
- Proven track record of successfully completing engineering projects.
- A clear understanding of project phases Program, Conceptualization, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction and Commissioning.
- A thorough, demonstrable understanding of the consulting process including discovery, business analysis, gap analysis, workflow documentation, conceptual system diagrams, and development of roadmaps, presentations, and written narratives for project findings. Aware of systems integration as well as architectural and construction drawings and specifications.

CACI is looking for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist for technical support at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Model Shop fabricating prototype naval component scale models for R&D testing. This employee will also serve as the subject matter expert on CNC programming and fabrication, and will advise shop management, supervisors, and planners on the difficulty, complexity and risks that may arise in fabrication of potentially complex parts.
More About the Role
- Machine model components using CNC and manual mills and lathes.
- Program, setup, and operate 3-, 4-, or 5-axis CNC machines.
- Hand-finish parts as required, using contouring and polishing.
- Collaborate with design engineers, make recommendations and share best practices with machining approaches and materials as a subject matter expert (SME) on machining
- Read and interpret engineering drawings (CAD/CAM) and tolerancing schemes, including GD&T.
You'll Bring These Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the project’s Three‑Phase Quality Control System (Preparatory, Initial, Follow‑Up) in accordance with USACE and federal contracting standards.
- Review contract documents, drawings, and specifications; ensure all quality requirements are understood and implemented.
- Conduct daily site inspections and document findings in required QC reporting software.
- Maintain QC documentation, including testing logs, submittals, daily reports, and deficiency tracking.
- Coordinate and schedule all required inspections, testing, and third‑party quality activities.
- Work closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and government representatives to resolve quality issues.
- Verify that materials, workmanship, and installations meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Lead Quality Control meetings and ensure all stakeholders understand project quality expectations.
- Monitor corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of deficiencies.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with federal safety and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
- Support project closeout documentation, including as‑builts, punch lists, and warranty information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent construction QC experience.
- Minimum 10+ years of quality control experience on vertical or horizontal construction projects.
- Experience working with federal government construction contracts, including USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, or VA projects.
- Strong knowledge of federal construction standards, specifications, and QA/QC processes.
- Proficiency with QC documentation and government software systems (RMS/QCS).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Ability to work onsite and coordinate with multiple subcontractors and government inspectors.
Preferred Certifications
- USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM-C) certification

John Moriarty & Associates of Virginia (JMAV) is seeking a full-time Superintendent in the Washington DC Metro area. The Superintendent will be responsible for leveraging your capacity for innovation & problem-solving to lead field operations to ensure an exceptional project is delivered to our clients. You will oversee self-performed and contracted work ensuring compliance with contract documents and the project schedule while also implementing a culture of safety and quality.
The Superintendent should be within daily driving distance of the Washington DC Metro area.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Superintendent will:
- Oversee the timely and quality installation of contracted work of either a total project or a particular scope, trade contractor, or portion of a project
- Implement a culture of safety and quality among Moriarty employees and trade contractors and conduct regular safety inspections to ensure all work conditions are in compliance with company, contract, and government regulations
- Create and manage a plan to successfully sequence work, manage jobsite logistics, and track materials and personnel
- Ensure a high quality of work consistent with project and company standards
- Takes initiative and personal responsibility to deliver a project on schedule and on budget
- Develop, update, and communicate the project schedule and exhibit a command of critical schedule milestones with all project stakeholders

Our client, North Americas top General Contractor, is seeking a Senior Project Executive to oversee their large scale Data Center group/projects in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities
- Assumes overall accountability for jobsite safety
- Assumes overall accountability for meeting contract requirements
- Verifies the accuracy of project financial forecast, notice provisions, and billings to meet contract requirements and resolve potential claims and deviations
- Ensures team creates a project-specific quality plan aligned with the owner contract and contract documents
- Ensures a team creates a closeout plan in alignment with the contract documents
- Provides leadership in motivating the project team(s) and maintain a positive work environment
- Directs and supervises work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc.
- Assumes overall accountability of subcontracting strategy and the integrity of the buyout process on all projects
- Negotiate all aspects of contracts, lead implementation of risk mitigation plan, final review of draft contracts, agreements, and purchase orders

- Manages the design phase of a GMP or design build project; leads and oversees the development of GMP/ lump sum submission
- Oversees schedule planning and execution of multiple projects; accountable for the management of schedule risks that lead to erosion and provides guidance in strategies and actions to prevent risk
- Develops a comprehensive understanding of the local market areas and profiles to create and lead a networking strategy
- Partners with business development to ensure seamless integration with sales strategies, client capture plans and account plans. Optimizes profit levers and gross profit margin tactics to achieve performance targets on new sales. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Health and Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring that all health and safety policies are properly implemented, procedures are adhered to, and that safe practices are adopted. They help plan, implement, monitor, and review the protective and preventive measures in place that employees are required to follow, and work to minimize operational losses, occupational health problems, incidents, and injuries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicates with Project Managers, Health and Safety Officers, Director of Health and Safety to ensure field safety for all jobsites and facilities.
- Supports the Martins Project Manager in the development and implementation of the project health and safety program in accordance with Client expectations and Posillico policies and procedures.
- Administers the Site Health and Safety Program and advises the Project Manager with regards to all matters of health and safety associated with the project.
- Supports the Project Manager on the Implementation and administration of the Site-Specific HASP, including the client’s safety program and Posillico policies and procedures.
- Provides site orientation (includes Martins site-specific HASP) to Martins and subcontractors working on project.
- Will lead the Incident investigation on projects and conduct interviews of witnesses, working closely with the Project Manager, Corporate Officer, and client.
- Reports and documents incidents and issues related to site safety.
- Performs duties in accordance with Posillico Health and Safety Program Procedures, Posillico policies and procedures, and the site-specific health and safety plans.
- Conducts daily site reviews and inspections of Martins projects throughout the MD/VA/DC region.
- Verifies all training for the site is accomplished and current.
- Reviews and assists with the preparation of AHA’s (Activity Hazard Analysis)
- Assists in the implementation of the video surveillance safety program, assisting in the review of findings and coordinating with the project teams to implement corrective measures as part of the project oversight.
- Implementation of the Martins Energy Based Safety System including performing weekly high energy control assessments and identification of needed controls.
- Assists in management of vehicle/driver compliance and employee certification
QUALIFICATIONS
- BA / BS degree in engineering, safety, health sciences, or equivalent, or have equivalent experience in an occupational safety capacity.
- 5+ years’ health and safety experience with health and safety compliance. Experience in the Construction industry is required.
- Industry Credentials such as CHST/OHST or ASP/CSP are preferred.
- A moderate level of IT skills with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
- Patience and diplomacy; the position requires a collaborative approach.
- OSHA 500 Certification preferred.
- 20% Travel throughout the MD/VA/DC Region.
