The business is evolving from a distributor-led sales model to building direct, long-term relationships with end users, and you would play a key role in bringing that strategy to life in the Wisconsin market.
This is a growth role, not a replacement.
As marketing demand and expansion efforts increase, the company is looking for someone local who can help translate that momentum into sustainable revenue and strong customer relationships. You’ll work closely with the National Sales Manager and leadership team to help establish a new sales division, with meaningful input how the territory is developed and how success is measured.

What success looks like for you:
In your first year, success is defined by building a healthy pipeline and closing approximately $500K–$600K in revenue while establishing trust and long-term relationships in the territory. As the market matures, the long-term goal is to grow this into a $1M+ region supported by a repeatable and scalable sales approach.
How you’ll work:
You’ll collaborate in the office a couple of days per week.
You’ll travel primarily within a four-hour radius for client visits.
You’ll conduct site visits, rooftop assessments, and prepare detailed quotes.
You’ll have direct access to leadership and decision-makers.
Requirements
- You have experience in B2B sales within construction, industrial, manufacturing, safety, or mechanical environments.
- You are comfortable prospecting and developing net-new business, not just managing existing accounts.
- You enjoy consultative selling with longer sales cycles and technical products.
- You are confident engaging customers on job sites and in field-based environments in different weather climates.
- You are organized, disciplined, and comfortable being measured against clear goals and performance metrics.
- You are willing to learn technical systems and products and translate them into practical solutions for customers.
- You are based in or willing to be based in Wisconsin and able to travel locally as required.

Job Details We are seeking a skilled Robot Programmer with strong experience in FANUC industrial automation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on automated and semi-automated manufacturing systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic equipment.
Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems.
Service and calibrate sensors, motors, actuators, and other automation components.
Troubleshoot robotic systems, end-of-arm tooling, and integrated automation systems.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize machine performance and reduce downtime.
Assist in training operators and maintenance personnel on proper setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment modifications using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations to minimize production interruptions.
QUALIFICATIONS Associate degree, technical diploma, or journeyman-level certification in Automation, Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment.
Hands-on experience with PLC programming and HMI systems.
Working knowledge of robotics, motion controls, and industrial automation.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
