MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Flex Houseparents eventually transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where they live and work with the same group of students in their own student home.

Qualifications include:

Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Lead Technologist and Boardrunner, you will serve as a clinical expert and operational anchor for the Cath Lab team. Beyond performing high-level technical duties in diagnostic and interventional coronary and peripheral procedures, you will supervise daily shift flow, mentor staff, and ensure seamless coordination between physicians and administrative leadership. You are the go-to resource for troubleshooting complex cases, managing specialized inventory, and driving quality improvement initiatives that elevate the standard of cardiac care within the lab.
What you will do in this role
Supervise the operations and patient flow of the Cath Lab for your assigned shift, collaborating with the Board Runner and Manager to optimize staffing and procedure scheduling.
Function in any role within the Cardiac or Vascular lab, including scrubbing and assisting physicians with complex interventional procedures, STEMIs, and structural heart cases as needed.
Act as a dedicated preceptor and mentor to new staff, ensuring all orientation paperwork and competencies are completed while serving as a continuous educational resource for the team.
Partner with the Inventory Manager to oversee the ordering, stocking, and setting of par levels for specialized cardiovascular and vascular products.
Lead data collection for quality improvement projects and collaborate with physicians on growth initiatives, new device implementation, and clinical practice guidelines.
Monitor and report changes in patient conditions, provide hemodynamic monitoring, and deliver pre and post procedure education to patients and families.
React promptly to emergency situations and adhere to the 30 minute response requirement for STEMI calls when scheduled.
What qualifications you will need
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or Certificate from an accredited school of Nursing, Cardiovascular Technology, or Radiologic Technology.
(RN) Registered Nurse, (ARRT-R) Radiography, or (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist.
3 to 5 years of experience in a Vascular or Cath Lab setting.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with physicians, guests, and multidisciplinary teams.

Position Summary:
This position plans, organizes and directs work of other surveyors and technicians engaged in surveying the earth’s surface to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations, lines, area, and contours for construction, mapmaking, utility locations, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), land division, titles or other purposes. The successful candidate will promote safe work practices of all survey staff. They will evaluate progress of the staff, obtain results, and recommend major changes to achieve overall results. They will also represent the company in meetings and conferences with clients and potential clients.

Working Conditions:
- Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
- Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
