Responsibilities

• Business Development - Identify,
  cultivate, and manage relationships with prospective clients. Develop and execute
  a strategy to meet or exceed annual new business funding targets. Leverage
  industry networks, referral sources, and marketing strategies to generate a
  consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.
• Sales and Client Relationship Management - Conduct
  in-depth needs assessments to understand client financial requirements and
  present tailored financing solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships
  with referral partners, including brokers, CPAs, attorneys, and industry associations. Represent the Structured
  Finance Division at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to
  promote services and build the division's brand.
• Structuring and Closing Deals - Work
  collaboratively with internal underwriting, operations, and credit teams to
  structure and close deals efficiently. Ensure all deals align with the
  division's credit policies and risk appetite. Negotiate terms and pricing with
  clients while maintaining a focus on achieving profitability and client
  satisfaction.
• Market and Industry Expertise: Stay
  informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the
  factoring and ABL landscape. Provide feedback to leadership regarding market
  conditions and opportunities for product or service enhancements.
• Pipeline and Portfolio Management - Build
  and maintain a robust pipeline with clearly defined stages and next
  steps. Generate a balanced portfolio of deals across various industries
  and credit profiles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related
  field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales
targets in a business development role.

Strong knowledge of factoring and ABL products,
including underwriting and credit analysis principles.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and
negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a
collaborative team.

Proficiency in CRM tools and financial analysis
software.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in factoring, ABL,
or commercial finance.

Serve as the asset manager and contact person for internal, borrower, and third-party requests/concerns for assigned loans.

Proactive oversight and timely resolution of a portfolio of specially serviced CLO loans and other distressed debt assets.

Report to senior management updates on assigned loans.

Analyze property operating performance through review of operating statements, rent rolls and leases.

Evaluate and abstract loan documents.

Communicate effectively with internal and external parties including borrowers, legal counsel, property managers, other lenders, servicers, and other Rialto departments.

Negotiate complex transactions.

Perform research on various real estate markets throughout the U.S. and communicate with brokers in these markets.

Comprehensive analysis and understanding of loan collateral dynamics, value determination, and resolution alternatives.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Prepare valuation and cash flow analysis on projected loan resolutions based on Borrower proposals including DCF / IRR / NPV scenarios for various strategies.

Underwrite potential new investment opportunities in CMBS, equity recapitalizations, asset/portfolio acquisitions, and mezzanine/preferred equity.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the executive team and outside parties.

Underwrite performing loan requests for reserve disbursements, lease approvals, loan extensions and other requests as needed and ensure all requests are handled in compliance with the terms of the related Loan Documents.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university is required, preferably in a related course of study like Commercial Real Estate or Finance.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in the workout of non-performing commercial real estate loans or debt asset management.

Advance knowledge of commercial real estate, fixed income, and general financial concepts.

Knowledge of bank, conventional, agency, and/or CLO origination and servicing is recommended.

Ability to underwrite commercial real estate and/or residential acquisition, development, and construction transactions, as well as possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High level proficiency working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, in addition to a basic competency working with Argus and CRE Market Data Providers.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Ability to manage time effectively while handling a variety of projects.

Prior credit/real estate underwriting experience.

The ideal candidate would have a strong understanding of loan documents or demonstrate the aptitude to quickly become familiar with loan documents.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and collaborate within a team setting.

Must be team-oriented and work well in a collaborative environment.

As a Senior Project Engineer at Doka USA, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of formwork projects from conception to completion. Leveraging your expertise in structural engineering, project management, and leadership, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality formwork solutions that meet project objectives, adhere to safety standards, and exceed client expectations. This will be an in-person role based out of our Davie, FL branch and will report into our Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of formwork projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Conduct comprehensive site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements, constraints, and risks.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to procure materials, equipment, and resources required for project execution.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, resolving complex engineering challenges and ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to assess workmanship, safety practices, and adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Manage client communications, addressing inquiries, concerns, and change requests in a proactive and professional manner.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, calculations, and documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required with the ability to stamp within the state of Texas.
• Proven experience in project engineering and management within the construction industry, with a focus on formwork-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, construction methodologies, and building codes.
• Proficiency in project management software, CAD software, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions.
• Prior experience in formwork design, scaffolding, or related fields is preferred.
