Pyramid is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Software Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth for AIR-Quire and future Pyramid software products. This is a hunter role focused on proactive outreach, cold calling, lead generation, and securing qualified demos within federal civilian and DoD agencies as well as non-governmental entities.

This individual will identify target agencies, research key decision-makers, execute structured call campaigns, and generate qualified opportunities that convert into product demonstrations and revenue. The SDR will work closely with the CGO, Nexus technical team, and CFO to move prospects from initial contact through demo, pricing strategy, and contract award.

This is a new and highly visible role that will help establish Pyramid's product sales engine.

Pipeline Development & Cold Outreach

• Conduct structured cold calling campaigns to federal agencies, system integrators, and contracting partners.

• Research and identify target agencies, buying offices, and key decision-makers (COs, PMs, CIO shops, acquisition leadership).

• Build prospect lists using GovWin, , FPDS, LinkedIn, agency forecasts, and other federal data sources.

Demo Coordination & Opportunity Advancement

• Qualify prospects before scheduling demos.

• Coordinate with the Nexus team to schedule and prepare technical demonstrations.

• Support follow-up after demos with structured next steps and documented action items.

• Partner with CFO and CGO on pricing strategy and proposal support once an opportunity matures.

Relationship Building

• Establish relationships with federal acquisition professionals and program offices.

The Role:

The Estimator is responsible for the coordination of all project budgeting, including preparing quantity surveys, obtaining subcontractor pricing, reviewing historical cost data and ensuring compliance with scope of work, as well as offering construction feasibility and value engineering counsel. The Director of Preconstruction is a critical team member responsible for overseeing project strategy development, management of risk, fostering business growth, and creating and advancing relationships with clients and partners. This role is responsible for leadership and guidance of a team of preconstruction managers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead team responsible for responses to RFPs and position SCCI as a contract partner of choice
• Build and maintain relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with Lead Estimators to establish continuously refined scopes of work
• Coordinate closely with Operations’ client account managers to help ensure consistency of service
• Coach, mentor, and develop preconstruction management team
• Facilitate relationships between preconstruction managers, Operations teams, planning teams, digital engineering, Suffolk Design, and marketing teams
• Coordinate work with internal departments to leverage the use of company tools
• Direct continuous improvement and change management processes within the department
• Participate in Go/No Go Process for new client pursuits
• Oversee prequalification progress and tracking of awarded trade partner contracts
• Establish and ensure conformance with SCCI general conditions staffing models
• Serve as final
• Oversee coordination of bid forms, bonds and insurance requirements for the bid
• Create and manage preconstruction services proposals
• Take part in client presentations and attend interviews
• Oversee coordination of trade contract production in accordance with SCCI SOPs
• Manage communication with clients through award decision after bid submissions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field
• 15 or more years of experience in Estimating, Procurement, or Project Management
• Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative leadership style
• Deep technical knowledge of construction with experience in data centers preferred
• Understanding of market conditions and ability to foster competitive advantage
• Experience in all aspects of preconstruction to include scheduling, staffing, and risk management
• Experience working with and leading geographically dispersed teams is preferred
• Experience with design-build project delivery is preferred

The ability to perform venipuncture, injection of contrast media, and non-narcotic medication is required for effective diagnostic imaging and scanning. Must adhere to the direction, policy, and procedures as defined by physician modality director.

• Strict adherence to research guidelines for studies performed on patients participating in research studies. Adheres to the policies and procedures that apply to the performance of obtaining MR studies and MR guided procedures, including performing correct, exam, including laterality, on the correct patient at the time requested.

• Provides basic information to patients and/or families about procedures to be performed and can answer questions if asked. Assists with the upkeep of MR and related equipment, adhering to all related safety requirements and reports needed for equipment repairs. Can execute and enforce MR Safety standards and practices.

• Monitors equipment, analyses potential reasons for system malfunction, contacts the Biomedical engineering department and reports malfunction to log a ticket. Ensures timely completion of all exams through tracking, scanning, and other technical workflow as related to Radiology Information System (RIS, Enterprise Radiology Solutions (ERS) and EMR (Electronic Medical Record).

• Coordinates and collaborates with Technical Aides to ensure efficient room turnover. Coordinates, communicates, and collaborates with Patient Financial Associates that register radiology exams to minimize delays and potential safety issues for the outpatient population.

• Vocational/Technical Diploma from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology; competency in didactic coursework and an ARRT-specified list of clinical procedures by completing competency requirements established for the discipline in which they are seeking certification and registration.

• ARMRIT (American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists) or ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technology); with advanced certification in MR.

• BLS (Basic Life Support).

• 1-2 years' experience in a hospital setting preferred.
