Maintain Licensure: Hold a valid medical license in the state of Indiana and possess a Controlled Substances Permit (COI
- IN PCF).
While TEE/Heart experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Both Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required, and must be obtained through the American Heart Association (AHA).
