The Systems Engineering, Integrated Systems Department is seeking a Systems Engineering Technical Lead for the NASAMS product line. This role requires strong technical expertise and engineering leadership skills to drive the design and development of world-class air and missile defense systems.
The Integrated Systems Department supports Raytheon by providing world-class weapon systems engineering. Domain expertise includes radar systems, effector systems, battle management, command and control, network design, battlespace integration, and interoperability for both domestic and international customers.
You will work alongside motivated engineers who are responsible for conducting systems engineering studies and trades; supporting system requirements definition and analysis; and contributing to algorithm development, integration, test, and evaluation.
What You Will Do
Provide technical oversight and management for a variety of Systems Engineering efforts
Concept and requirements development (including decomposition and flowdown) within a mature product-line
Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development and design
Algorithm optimization and development
Multi-disciplinary development efforts across the kill-chain for an Air and Missile Defense System
Collaboration with customer to bring new capabilities to the warfighter
Functional analysis of real world and test data; trade studies to bring advanced features to fielded system
Support and lead Internal and External Program and Design Reviews
Collaborate with other IPT/CPT leads from the various functions and products
Support and lead Internal Research and Development for future capability upgrades
System integration and test support, including live fire test events
Periods of travel up to 25% of time both domestically and internationally
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
Experience with Air Defense Systems in systems engineering roles supporting development or production
Experience with managing budget, scope and/or earned value

Manufacturing Engineer – Process Planning

Role Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer supports the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for high‑precision products. This role is central to improving efficiency, enhancing product quality, and ensuring production targets are consistently met. The engineer collaborates across departments—including Design Engineering, Quality, Operations, and the shop floor—to strengthen product flow, maintain documentation accuracy, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Process & Design Review
- Evaluate product designs for manufacturability, appropriate tolerances, quality requirements, and cost‑impacting features.
- Define the complete manufacturing process for components and assemblies, ensuring alignment with production capabilities.
- Determine fixture and gage requirements for new parts and either design or source the necessary tooling.
Documentation & Systems
- Create and maintain manufacturing routes and bills of material within the ERP system.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The registered professional nurse (CAP RN 1) position is an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program for Registered Nurses. An exciting opportunity exists at Raytheon for a Semiconductor Dry Etch Engineering Lead to join our III-V compound semiconductor foundry team fabricating gallium nitride and gallium arsenide-based devices within the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department. This role requires a broad understanding of microelectronics processing and subject matter expertise in one or more dry etch related techniques including plasma ashing/descum, reactive ion etching (RIE), and inductively coupled etching (ICP).
As a member of the AMS Department, the individual in this role will serve as the dry etch processes lead engineer and collaborate with the various engineering work centers in the III-V semiconductor wafer foundry. The candidate will lead and assist projects in process sustainment, capital allocation, directing process and capital qualifications, improving cycle time, improving product yield, developing new data driven controls, and driving overall wafer movement efficiency.
The chosen candidate is expected to be an innovative and creative thinker capable of probing issues and reaching solutions both independently and in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of various microelectronics processing techniques beyond deposition, including wet and dry etching, lift-off techniques, photolithography, metrology, process characterization, foundry data integrity, and large data analysis methods.

The Air Defense Ground Equipment (ADGE) Department leads mechanical design, development, and integration of platform systems. This includes shelter systems, hardware integration, cable & interconnections, as well as facility development, and site integration. The ADGE department is looking for a full-time Sr. Principal Mechanical Engineer to support Patriot Missile Change Control Board (CCB) for major components and sub-assemblies, including obsolescence upgrades, procurement and supplier support
What You Will Do
- Responsibilities (Core & Day to Day) Support design specification development through production qualification reviews and release including ensuring design is manufacturable
- Participate in design peer reviews and conduct trade studies to promote sound technical decisions.
- Provide responses to supplier questions related to general design expectations and interpretation of the relevant specifications.
- Provide guidance on Raytheon expectations for design rigor, level of TDP & MDP documentation required, typical analysis approach, and other similar topics.
- Connect suppliers with Raytheon subject matter experts as required.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, non-technical disciplines, and suppliers to develop robust design solutions and resolve technical challenges.
- Work with limited supervision and meet technical, schedule, and monetary commitments.

Qualifications You Must Have

- Experience with ERB/CCB process; CCB chair certification or ability to be certified.

Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Principal MMIC and Module Design Engineer to join Raytheon’s RF Microelectronics/Module Design & Foundry Services department in Andover, MA. This department develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter-wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications. The successful candidate will develop state-of-the-art MMIC and module products that support air and missile defense systems and radars. Using advanced semiconductor and module technologies, they will be responsible for the complete product cycle of the MMIC, including concept, design, layout, test, evaluation, and interfacing with the customer.
What You Will Do:
- Develop insights that extend your knowledge in the MMIC design field and form the basis of new concepts, theories, and products
- Design RF structures and transitions on multi-layer, multi-channel RF Modules and analog circuitry enabling both receive and transmit behavior
- Consult across MMIC design, module design, test and assembly teams
- Act independently to troubleshoot, and uncover and resolve issues
- Research and develop new technology that results in new product/business opportunities for Raytheon
- Serve as a technical resource and represent the Department as a technical contact to Raytheon and external customers
Qualifications You Must Have:
