The Royal Caribbean Group’s Maritime Safety Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Associate Investigator, Maritime Safety reporting to the Senior Manager, Marine HSE Compliance.
The position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida.

Position Summary / Job Purpose:
The Maritime Safety Associate Investigator position is responsible for investigating major maritime accidents and near misses such as fires, collisions, groundings, and technical issues. This position ensures the safety of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. guests, employees, contractors, visitors, ships, capital equipment, real property, and reputation via shipboard safety incident response and oversight. This position is responsible to be up to date on the latest investigative processes and innovative tools. The investigative team produces lessons learned, safety bulletins and full investigative reports in line with the ISM Code and continuous improvement of maritime safety operations. The team also liaises with external authorities on investigations that warrant outside involvement and represents the company in legal matters and regulatory compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work independently in planning and conducting corporate and shipboard investigations identifying clear root and contributory causes as required
• Respond to incidents and investigations, occasionally outside of normal business hours, on holidays and weekends when required • Proactively suggest ways to improve operational safety and efficiency
• Deploy and travel for incident response on short notice (US and International)
• Facilitate successful shipboard incident response through sound decision making, effective communication and strong leadership
• Employ appropriate interview techniques to gather evidence at all levels of shipboard employees
• Ensure the timely documentation and regulatory reporting of shipboard maritime accidents in support of company policy and the IMO, Flag and Class accident reporting requirements. Assist the vessel in documenting incidents and accidents
• Work closely with local, state, federal and international organizations on matters relating to maritime accidents
• Give testimony and act as expert witness before courts and administrative hearings on investigative results when needed
• Act as internal expert on accidents and present facts to upper management
• Actively develop procedures, handbooks, training manuals and related material covering a variety of investigative techniques and programs
• Design, develop and present training to groups of employees (shoreside and shipboard) in a public speaking forum
• Meet with external authorities to discuss circumstances and facts surrounding investigations
• Identify potential risk through incident response oversight and guide shipboard safety personnel in the development of prevention strategies
• Help develop statistics and strategies based on trends identified from past investigative efforts.
• Participate as directed on focus and work groups and support agenda items by providing historical insight from past investigations
• In addition to the normal work schedule, the position will require 24 hour on call duty as needed Performs other duties as required. Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in a maritime related degree program
• At least 3 to 5 years of maritime operational or investigative experience, seagoing experience as deck or engine officer in the cruise industry preferred
• 2 years of management experience preferred
• Proven interview skills required
• Strong understanding of international cruise ship regulatory requirements (SOLAS, MARPOL, Flag and Port State etc)
• Experience in development and implementation of safety prevention programs

The Director of Construction Accounting will be responsible for managing the actual and budget performance of several new Development projects at the Atlantis Paradise Island Resort, including the renovation of the Cove resort. This position will support the company's onsite Development Team in preparing project budgets, executing contracts, approving invoices, and measuring actual costs against budget on a project and monthly basis.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of construction project budgets including detailed cost estimates supported by contractor quotes.
- Work with Development team in implementation of Procore project management system, including creation of project cost code budget template and integration to JD Edwards financial system.
- Review & manage contract terms, contribute substantive input into the milestone schedule, assure value engineering ideas are constructible.
- Review contractor & subcontractor pay requisitions and ensure accuracy of percentage of completion, cost coding, etc.
- Review direct vendor invoices ensure receipt of services, cost coding, proper approvals, etc.
- Prepare project budget to actual reports, review and explain variances, etc.
- Maintain forecasts on all project budgets and provide reporting to management on project performance.
- Work with Corporate Accounting to capitalize completed projects to fixed assets ensuring all costs captured timely and accurately.
- Provide documentation as required by external audit and tax firms.

The Manager of Weddings & Special Occasions is responsible for booking and contracting all Atlantis Wedding and Special Occasion related business in the assigned region and market segment. This position will provide daily sales driven support for the Weddings and Special Occasions department and actively pursue all sales and revenue growth opportunities.
KeyResponsibilities
- Assist in answering all Wedding and Special Occasion calls, emails and RFP requests (as well as any other platforms leads are received from) and respond with all necessary and requested information.
- Respond to all leads and general email communication within 24 hours on businessdays.
- Create all bookings in Delphi/IvvY or comparable Sales and Event Management System
- Book and contract all room block and catered Wedding and Special Occasion functions for clients in designated region and market segment and follow up with all client questions and inquiries throughout the planning process.

Job Summary
The Computer System Validation (CSV) Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring computerized systems used in regulated manufacturing environments meet compliance, validation, and data integrity requirements. This role serves as the Quality reviewer and approver for manufacturing and digital platforms, applying risk-based validation principles to support efficient project execution while maintaining regulatory inspection readiness.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve CSV lifecycle documentation including VMP, URS, FRS, HDS, Risk Assessments, IQ/OQ/PQ, RTM, and Summary Reports.
- Ensure validation strategies align with GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and ALCOA+ data integrity principles.
- Assess system changes through change control processes, determining GxP impact and validation requirements.
- Support periodic reviews and re-validation of existing computerized systems.
- Act as Quality reviewer/approver for manufacturing and laboratory systems such as:
- MES/EBR platforms (e.g., Werum PAS-X or similar)
- Data historians (e.g., OSIsoft PI or equivalent)
- Advanced analytics tools (e.g., Seeq)
- Empower and other laboratory systems
- Review system configurations related to data acquisition, time stamping, audit trails, access controls, and electronic records/signatures.
- Ensure appropriate segregation between GxP and non-GxP system usage.
- Evaluate and approve system data flows, interfaces, and integrations.
- Support regulatory inspections (e.g., FDA, EMA) and internal audits related to computerized systems validation and compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field (recent graduates encouraged).
- 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing, including at least 2 years within a Quality organization.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on CSV experience reviewing and approving validation documentation.
- Direct experience supporting manufacturing or utilities systems (not limited to laboratory systems).
- Strong knowledge of GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity (ALCOA+) principles.

We are seeking a hands-on, creator-first Luxury Content & Social Media Coordinator to support our Marketing Manager and elevate our luxury brand’s digital presence. This is an in-person, 3-month contract role with strong potential for permanent hire.
This position is ideal for a content creator who shoots, edits, and publishes their own work-not someone who only manages freelancers or agencies.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Social Media
- Create, shoot, edit, and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and X.
- Develop and manage a social media content calendar aligned with luxury brand standards and campaign priorities.
- Ensure strict compliance with brand guidelines, including:
- Required posting cadence
- Share of Voice (SOV) targets
- Hashtag and tagging protocols
- Approval workflows prior to publishing
- Engage daily with partners, brands, and industry accounts to strengthen brand presence and visibility.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a professional, luxury-brand tone.
- Monitor platform dashboards to track engagement, optimize content performance, and support consistent follower growth.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Support
- Assist with Meta advertising and retargeting campaigns during key sales periods.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to refine audience targeting and segmentation.
- Submit COOP campaign previews for brand approval and schedule campaign launches.
- Monitor campaign performance, refresh creative assets, and coordinate with Meta Marketing Pro/Support as needed.
Videography & Creative Production (REQUIRED)
- Hands-on videography is required.
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content.
- Capture lifestyle, product, behind-the-scenes, and campaign-driven visuals.
- Support creative planning, shot lists, and execution for digital campaigns.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation (luxury, fashion, or jewelry preferred).
- Proven hands-on content creation experience-must personally shoot and edit content.
- Portfolio or verifiable proof of work required (social channels, campaigns, reels, website, etc.).
- Candidates who have only managed agencies or creators will not be considered.
- Strong understanding of luxury brand standards and attention to detail.
- Experience with community management (comments, DMs, engagement).
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads, retargeting, and audience targeting.
- Familiarity with Meta Professional Dashboard and performance analytics.
- Ability to produce both short-form and long-form video content.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within structured approval processes.

What You'll Do
- Own and manage a litigation caseload involving personal injury, toxic torts, and environmental exposure from intake through resolution
- Execute discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation preparation, and trial prep with precision and accountability
- Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda grounded in strong legal and factual analysis
- Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and multidisciplinary experts to build science-supported causation narratives
- Take and defend depositions; appear at hearings; participate in negotiations and mediations
- Contribute to firm initiatives (including consulting and mediation work) as opportunities arise
