As the Medical Lead Veterinarian, you are the champion of medical excellence in your hospital. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your associate veterinarians, partnering with your Practice Manager to build a healthy and engaged team, and driving the continuous improvement of patient care and client service. • Lead and Mentor Your DVM Team: You will manage all associate veterinarians, conducting regular performance discussions, coaching them on individual development goals (including production and PCT), and fostering a culture of teamwork and retention.
• Role Model Medical Excellence: You will set the example for the highest quality of medicine, client service, and efficiency, while also practicing as an associate veterinarian and achieving your own production goals.
• Drive Hospital Performance: In partnership with your Practice Manager, you will help develop the annual operating plan, manage hospital financial performance toward an EBITDA goal, and ensure compliance with all medical and DEA regulations.
• Foster a Culture of Growth: You will lead monthly doctor meetings to discuss best practices, new services, and medical standards. You will also supervise externship and mentorship programs and champion a culture of recruitment.
• Be an Ambassador: You will serve as an ambassador for your hospital and Mission Pet Health through community engagement at schools, universities, and local events.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a valid state license in good standing.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical clinical experience.

POSITION: Scan Technician ( Records Conversion Specialist)

Position Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented Scan Technicians (Production Operators) to support a high-volume digitization initiative involving sensitive Department of Juvenile Justice human resource records. This role operates within a secure, compliance-driven production environment and requires precision, discretion and efficiency.

The ideal candidate thrives in structured workflows, understands production targets and is comfortable handling confidential records in accordance with strict chain-of-custody procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Document Preparation & Handling

• Remove staples, bindings and fasteners without damaging documents
• Prepare files for high-speed batch scanning
• Follow Level A decontamination handling protocols

Scanning & Image Capture

• Operate high-speed production scanners at 300 DPI minimum
• Monitor image quality including skew, clarity, completeness and alignment
• Identify and rescan defective or misfed images
• Ensure accurate file naming and staging for secure Azure upload

Quality Control & Compliance

• Maintain detailed chain-of-custody logs
• Adhere to secure handling procedures for sensitive HR records
• Meet daily production and throughput targets
• Report equipment issues or workflow delays

Required Qualifications

• Experience operating document scanning or imaging equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a production-based, deadline-driven environment

Compensation

• Providers are compensated based on a percentage of the revenue they generate through billing and collections. Actual earnings vary based on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance.
